Es ist ein sehr gutes Hotel. Es gibt nur wenige Leute und die Zimmer sind sauber und schön. Die Ecksuite, in der wir wohnten, verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und einen Balkon. Sie ist von drei Seiten beleuchtet und fühlt sich sehr transparent an. Das Einzige, was ich nicht gewohnt bin, ist, dass man das Zimmer und den Flur nicht mit Schuhen betreten darf

這是目前我在日本住過最滿意的房子。無論大小、設施和環境都屬於一流，有種在新西蘭的感覺。 環境：距離洞爺湖商業街2公里左右，步行有點距離，非常安靜，周圍是零散的居民房。就是半夜在屋外有點害怕。 服務：萬世閣拿鑰匙，退房直接把鑰匙放在別墅即可，10點退房比較令人困擾 設施：資料顯示23年開業，但裏面設施明顯不是新的，有些年頭，但保養得非常好，用的東西都非常高級，廚房的洗手池做工特別好，微波爐、烤箱、茶具餐具電磁爐什麼都有，尤其是整個温泉，更衣室，淋浴都有，感覺是有錢人給自己設計的度假屋，後來再賣給了萬世閣。 地理位置：步行5分鐘有便利店。但出出入入如果不是自駕，不太推薦

It’s a guest house located next to Lake Toya, but away from the crowd and the hot spots of the lake. The dinner and breakfast are of good choice, well cooked by their local people. We highly recommend it to people of limited budget but expecting good value.

The lobby and public areas of the hotel felt grand and inviting. However, the room type we booked definitely needs renovation – the tatami was soft, and the bathroom was old and stained, so we opted to use the public bath and outdoor onsen instead, which were far superior. Our room did have access to an outdoor garden facing Lake Toya, offering a stunning view, especially with the snow. We had a great time at the indoor arcade. The outdoor open-air onsen was a highlight – one of the best experiences, overlooking the serene lake while snow gently fell. I’d consider staying here again but would choose a different room type next time.

Es war das Beste in jeder Hinsicht. Zimmerausstattung, ein ungenügender Bad, Abendessen und Frühstücksbuffet waren perfekt. Es ist nur eine Nacht, also es ist schade, dass ich am Morgen ein wenig beschäftigt bin und ich die Einrichtungen nicht genug benutzt habe.

From Toya Train Station Bus Stop (immediately visible when you exit the Train Station), you can take a bus/taxi. I chose the cheaper option which costs about Y340. It's about 7 stops to Toyako Onsen Bus Terminal (serving as a transport node at Toyako Onsen) and another 3 stops to Motomachi Bus Stop (2 minutes walk to Hotel Hanabi). Travelling time by bus is about 20-25 min, but subject to waiting time (take note of the bus service timings). Google Maps works well to provide suggested travelling route and timings. I booked a single room for one night that was clean and served it's purpose. It felt a lot like a hostel than a hotel but has an onsen. My booking included a buffet dinner and breakfast which was critical as there weren't many food options around the area. Both buffet had a wide selection to cater to Asian/Western food preferences. There's a 7-Eleven that is about 5-10 min walk away. There's a Tourist Information Centre at the Bus Terminal. The Bus Terminal is also reachable by walking which will take about 15-20 min. Hotel Hanabi is one of many lodging options along Lake Toya, and just walking outside the hotel, I was already able to capture the nice photo of Mount Yotei. During the time I was there (mid-end Apr), there were no bus options so the only way to travel to Usuzan Ropeway was by taxi booking done at the hotel reception. It costed about Y1900 one-way and took about 15-20 min. Once I was done visiting, another taxi booking is done at the Usuzan Ropeway counter to the next destination.

第一晚的房間，感覺很好，有點不想換房間了。但我的訂單，第二晚是四人間（我只有兩人入住），需要先退房再入住另一間房。在攜程和酒店客服用英文溝通，回覆消息很快。但是通知我需要十點退房，下午四點再入住新的房間。白天我們去洞爺湖乘船繞湖一週，湖中有小島，四周都是雪山，特別是羊蹄山景色很美。也去了火山科學館，看了影片解説，詳細介紹了1977年和2000年有珠山兩次火山爆發前後的情景，地表的變化和温泉的形成（發了耳機有中文講解）。回到酒店已是17:30，打開郵件查看新房間號和開門密碼。開門後讓我震驚了！房間真的很大很大，有一間卧室裏面有兩張1.5米床（圖2照片，我們沒用這個房間），和起居室連在一起的房間，也是兩張1.5米床，房間雖然大，但是很温暖，一點都不冷，得益於威力強大的加熱器（見最後第2張圖片）。起居室有兩個大窗户，早上太陽直接射到床上、餐桌上，沐浴着陽光吃早餐，感覺心情也是Sunny 。廚房用具很新，比昨晚的雙床房更齊全，電飯煲、咖啡機都有配。餐桌很長，可供6人用餐。智能馬桶也很温暖。真想住下來不走了。離開時我還想給酒店三個小建議：1、洗臉盆高度較低，需要彎腰使用，洗臉盆的鏡子很Mini ，而且很高，梳頭時我踮起腳，還有點看不到（見圖8）。2、衞生間是浴缸，浴缸的前面牆上，能否增加花灑的底座？因為我們都習慣洗淋浴（見圖12）。3、全自動洗衣機很不錯，但沒找到洗衣液。我到7-11買的洗衣液（見圖9，11），洗了幾條加絨的褲子。房間温度高，到早上衣服就全乾了，對還需繼續旅遊十幾天的我們真好。退房時，將門上的牌子翻轉後即可離開。帶上行李，我們步行五分鐘去車站，趕往我們的下一站—函館。再見！

Ich habe dieses Hotel vor der Ausbruch gelebt, so dass ich dieses Mal neu reserviert habe. Es ist sehr spät, dass der Austritt des Hotels um 10 Uhr ist. Wenn Sie den Austritt verzögern, sagen Sie mir, dass es mehr als 7000 yen ist.  Die RMB-Rabatt ist fast 300. Das halte ich für sehr unvernünftig. Ich weiß nicht, ob es für Ausländer gezahlt wird. Nach der Anzeige auf dem Aufenthaltsschein ist die Bezeichnung zwei Stunden klar und kostet 2200 yen. Die meisten Hotels verzögern den Austritt einer Stunde, wie 1000 yen. Es gibt nichts mehr zu sagen, 9: 00 vor einigen Jahren ist es ein traditionelles Sonnenunterkünstler. Neben dem alten Punkt ist es insgesamt gut.
