5 star service from john and Gemma from start to finish. Excellent choice of breakfast. Rooms spotless no dirt anywhere. Great lil bar in guest house and cheaper than the town. Nothing was never to much trouble already booked for next year. Won't find better in skegness close to amenities bars and arcades everything just around corner but still kept on a peaceful street for a good night sleep. Parking was available Thanks to them both for making our holiday a easy and pleasant stay from start to finish

Honestly, this is the best guest house we have ever stayed in, Gemma and John are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are always spotlessly clean, the beds are always comfortable and there are always enough condiments to make tea/coffee. If you ever need anything, Gemma and John are always happy to help. The location is great. They offer free parking so you can leave your car whilst going for walks around the town. We couldn’t ask for more when we stay at The Fountaindale, in fact, if we can’t get booked in here, we don’t stay over in Skegness, it’s that simple.?

Look no further if you are looking for friendly and helpful hosts, clean well presented accommodation, off road parking, wifi, comfortable beds, great breakfast with vegetarian options which I enjoyed and a very convenient location. The photograph doesn't do it justice. I'm so pleased I chose this place for my 4 night stay, based on their great and well deserved online reviews. I was visiting a relative in hospital and this was a great safe and welcoming base. Walk to town, walk to the sea front, walk to the hospital in my case with restaurants and supermarkets at the end of the road. As a self confessed clean freak and hospitality business owner myself The Fountaindale genuinely deserves 10/10. Thank you Gemma and John.

From beginning to end the experience of the Fountaindale Hotel was amazing. Gemma rang us the day before to advise that our room wasn't occupied that evening so we could check in early which was a great start. When we arrived at check in everything explained to a tee. The room, wow. Room was lovely. Very clean and high standards. Everything you could need from a hotel room. Breakfast was delicious. So much choice and variety. All in all we had a really pleasant stay. Gemma and John can't do enough for you. Will definitely be coming again if we can get in lol as this place has repeat custom as it really is that good. Close to the town centre but a very quiet area where Hotel is. AMAZING xx

We had an amazing stay at the end of October. The owners were so lovely, warm and welcoming and go the extra mile to ensure happy visitors. The location is great! Park the car up in their car park and you are in a short walking distance from the beach, the town, the big shops (such as tesco). The room was spotless and had all the facilities we could need, an opt out of daily room service if wanted. The bed was super comfortable and everything was in great working order. I can definitely suggest having a breakfast in their lovely dining room as it was delicious and had a selection of little bits prior to you main English breakfast. A snack bar and drinks came in quite handy with much better prices than the supermarket. Overall we couldn’t say a negative thing about this place. Especially with the extra help of sending my earrings back to me as i forgot them! Oops. Thank you guys and we have discussed this being our regular stay when we come over to Skegness

I cannot fault this bed and breakfast for many reasons. The rooms are spotlessy clean and modern. Everything in the rooms is replaced on a daily basis. The entrance is bright and modern and the lounge a lovely place to sit with a large TV screen. There is also the use of a fridge downstairs and a selection of items at really resonable prices such as chocolate and drinks. The owners are attentive, helpful and take time to mix with the guests. The breakfasts are first rate with plenty of choice and the full English is hot with good quality products. You are given a form daily and can change your prefrences for breakfast each day if you wish. Nothing was too much trouble. We also met some wonderful guests who return every year. That says it all!!!! It is a short walk to the town and seafront. It it on a busy road but we slept with the window open all night and didn't hear any noise. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Had a lovely three nights away the room was spotlessly clean nothing was to much trouble would highly recommend The beach and the town centre was in easy walking distance the bus station only 5 minutes away Would definitely stay again as I say nothing was too much trouble

Always a complete outstanding stay john and Gemma awesome hosts and always make me feel so welcome, my room was ready as I arrived early and this was not a issue. Breakfast is always top standard 👌 5 star 🌟. Best stay in skeggy and have booked my next visits. Thanks John and Gemma for excellent hospitality.

Just spent 4 nights here. Received the warmest welcome from Gemma, The tastefully decorated & spotlessly clean bedroom, the lovely dining room, where John served us a delicious cooked breakfast + plus plenty of other choices available. It is positioned in a quiet area, but just a few minutes walk to the front & shops. Highly recommended, nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely stay here again if we went to Skegness.
