Check in was quick. Although we had to wait for our room. As we were early. We had a 3 bed 2 bathroom, ground floor apartment. With a garden. Which was fab as we had elderly mother with us. Only steps down to front door. Then all one level. Very spacious. Only draw back was there wasn't anything to put anything on in oven or microwave. Cleaners only came in once in our 2 week stay. Which was fine by us. Wasn't told where to take our rubbish. Had to ask for toilet rolls and bin bags. Only got clean bedding and towels once. We just put the towels in the washing machine. Pools were OK but a bit shabby. There is a disabled hydrolic chair for pool. You have to ask life guard. This meant mother could use the pool. Small shop in reception for basics. But we walked to Mercadona and got a taxi back. Less that 5 euros. Reception staff were fantastic, booked us our taxis. As mother isn't good on her feet. Plenty of lovely restaurants and a few bars a few minutes walk away. Never had a bad meal. Everyone that worked in the restaurants were so friendly. And the taxi drivers were so helpful with mother. Rooms may be a little tired. But will definitely go here again. As we thought it was value for money. So thank you to the Ona Campanario staff for making our 2 week holiday so good.

The resort staff are very friendly and accommodating and helpful. There are some planned activities at the resort but most are for extra cost. The garbage disposal is quite some distance away and down a street in the village at community garbage bins. Access to the units are quite a distance from car parking and the transfer of luggage and groceries requires walking quite a distance along with many sets of steps. A nice outdoor pool and lounge patio is located on the property along with an indoor pool and spa. The restaurant, unfortunately is open only for breakfast and lunch and although there are some restaurants within walking distance, most require you to drive to. A utility service charge is added on to the exchange fees.
