Nice stay near restaurants. Close to free concert. Will stay again.

The front desk was super friendly and made sure we were taken care of above and beyond. The room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was clean. But the ONLY bad thing is I specifically filtered through hotel possibilities because I wanted to go somewhere with a inside pool because my sons are in town visiting.. I could of paid 30$ less to stay at different hotels without a pool...

All was good. Clean hotel and warm environment. Variety of food for the breakfast

Disappointed that website mentions a pool, but when we arrived the desk clerk indicated the website had needed to be updated for the last six months

A tired older hotel. Clean but dated except for newer floors. AC inadequate at time of year of travel since we couldn’t figure out how to open the window. Ok for a short overnight on a road trip. I rate it 3 stars but my wife thought 2 because the beds weren’t all that comfortable for someone with a bad back.

Our room was clean, recent upgrades with lament floors, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was bacon, hard boiled eggs, waffles, a typical continental breakfast. Easy walking to a few restaurants.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The staff was very nice. Check-in and out were quick and easy. The bed was comfortable, room clean and continental breakfast was good (typical). If you’re on a budget this is a great and comfortable hotel without breaking the bank.

Cleaning staff could do a better job of sweeping floors in room. Breakfast was passable. Biggest issue is noise carrying thu the walls. If you’re talking or whatever the room next door will hear everything

Room was dirty. Bathroom was terrible with paint coming off the wall, shower was very old. Breakfast was not good with very little to choose from.

My mom and I came to Sioux City for my brothers funeral. We got in late and the next morning we had to get up early to get over to the funeral home. I needed coffee so I was fully clothed and had socks on and walk down to get coffee, as I walked out Cassie said “ next time you come down you need shoes on” in a very rude tone!!! the next trip down there was a sign when first it was the hours of breakfast. She was not a pleasant person to deal with and no smile no nothing! The rest of your front desk staff were super sweet and housekeeping were amazing.

The only good thing about this property is the water pressure. The shower head is too low, paint peeling in the bathroom, the world’s smallest pillows, the shower makes weird noises when you use it, and the breakfast sucks. If you’re looking to stay for a night and need somewhere cheap and you don’t care how noisy it is, then you’ve found the place, but, I will no longer be staying here.

Clean, good staff, good location for a quick stop with food, gas, and coffee all near.
