Ich werde nicht einmal 50 Dollar ausgeben, um wieder hier zu übernachten. Zustand des Zimmers war schrecklich. Abgenutzte und alte Möbel, Zimmer und Kühlschrank waren nicht kalt, Zimmer hat einen muffigen Geruch. Die Dusche war nur ein Rinnsal. Fernsehsender waren Monolog (nicht einmal Stereo) und der Bildschirm war an den Seiten abgeschnitten. Wirklich enttäuscht von dem Wartungsstandard bei Amara. Scheint, dass sie nur die Farce in der Lobby instand halten, aber in den Zimmern war es schlecht gepflegt.

Alles war ziemlich in Ordnung, außer dass der Boden des Zimmers nicht richtig sauber und staubig war, aber insgesamt war der Aufenthalt großartig!

Dies war mein 2. Aufenthalt im Amara Hotel. wurde vom fröhlichen Personal herzlich begrüßt, aber er war nicht derjenige, der die Zimmerschlüssel gab. Es war nur ein Schalterpersonal da. keine Upgrades oder Erweiterungen, wahrscheinlich weil die Pandemie vorbei ist. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, aber etwas dunkel und die Einrichtungen wie die Badewanne und die Schubladen waren etwas heruntergekommen. Der Zimmerkartenhalter fällt heraus, schaffte es, ihn zurückzuschieben. Der Fernseher war im High-Tech-Singapur ziemlich veraltet. Das Fernsehprogramm scheint beschnitten und passt nicht in den Bildschirm. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarte ich viel bessere und gut ausgestattete Einrichtungen. Ich mag aber die helle Toilette. Die Klimaanlage ist fantastisch, genau das, was wir in diesem heißen und schwülen Land brauchen. Die Fortbewegung ist bequem und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Ein weiterer entspannender Aufenthalt hier im Amara Hotel. Während der Aktion gebucht. hoffe, dass diese Preise ein Comeback machen. Aber nach dem, was ich gesehen habe, sind die Zimmerpreise definitiv ein ganzes Stück gestiegen.

The room smell not very good and the room not that bug but not a bug deal. Location is good alot of things near by

room is huge but old, time to renovate. location is alright with lots of fnb around. however im pretty sure i wont be back in the near future, not until at least the hotel do a uplift.

Location is quite convenient, very near to MRT station (Tanjong Pagar). There are many eateries surrounding the hotel. Next to the hotel, there is a small shopping mall (100AM), there is supermarket, bakery, restaurants. Room size is big, bed size also very big. There’s bathtub in the bathroom. TV channels ok. The room a bit old and too dim light. Aircon is very cold, even after we off the aircon, it still feel cold. We booked a room for staycation during New Year’s Eve, as it’s walkable to MBS area, so we can walk back from MBS after the countdown party.

The stay was great, the staff was very friendly but currently the hotel is under some renovation works which sometime you will get to hear some knocking and drilling sound in the room and also the level which I stay comes with a 5 steps staircase from the lift lobby to room which cause some inconvenience to carry a big luggage.

Apart from the old decor and dated room furnishings, the location and food were good. Staff were helpful respectful and responsive. Ridzuan and his colleagues including the bellhop were great and proactive! Thanks

Hotel is under renovation with day time noises. Interior is rather less maintained with wooden floor that’s worn out. Overall the location is good and Jigger & Pony right at the lobby. Probably not the hotel i would come back until they finished renovation.

Comfort Room very nice good for couple Hotel good service breakfast good

Probably due to the ongoing renovation, there is only two check-in counter. Service was good though. Was given a relatively high floor and the room was spacious and clean. Downside will be the TV is in need of an upgrade as it is rather small and displaying quite poor quality image. Not sure why but there is also no HBO - quite limited cable channels. Nonetheless will still return again given the price is right.

Clean,nice,good location. The only bad is my room air conditioning a bit loud noise at low fan speed.

Jeffery Goh and Raymond were extremely helpful and friendly when assisting us on our big event. They even went beyond expectations to ensure smooth sailing check-in of our rooms. It was really amazing having them.
