Das Zimmer war klein und erbärmlich und es gab Ungeziefer.

Sehr, sehr durchschnittlich, das Zimmer ist klein und andere Aspekte sind nicht sehr gut. Aber Sie bekommen, wofür Sie bezahlen, geben Sie dem Hotel nicht die Schuld.

Der Service, den das Management dieses Hotels bietet, ist makellos. Einen Tag vor dem Check-in wird eine WhatsApp-Kommunikationsleitung eingerichtet, um Anweisungen zu hinterlassen. Da das Personal zu bestimmten Zeiten arbeitet, meldet es sich auch jeden Morgen und Abend bei Ihnen, um sicherzustellen, dass alles reibungslos abläuft. Bei mir hörte die Kommunikation am Abend vor Ende meines Aufenthalts auf, um mich an die Check-out-Zeit zu erinnern. Da dieses Hotel digital ist, wird alles über Mobiltelefon kommuniziert, außer in besonderen Fällen, wie z. B. wenn Sie Ihr Gepäck abgeben, nur dann treffen Sie ein Personal. Das Zimmer ist kompakt, mit einem bequemen Bett und vollgepackt mit den Grundlagen: Haartrockner, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett. Es gibt auch eine Mini-Küchenzeile in Form eines Mehrzweck-Hotpots, in dem Sie kochen können, aber ich würde es nicht empfehlen, da die Fenster verschlossen waren. Küchen- und Essutensilien waren ebenfalls im Zimmer vorhanden. Der einzige Nachteil ist jedoch die schlechte Schallisolierung. Ich kann buchstäblich jedes Mal hören, wenn sich mein Nachbar räuspert und in den Schubladen und Kleiderbügeln herumwühlt. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Wäscheservice, die Waschmaschinen stehen jedoch direkt vor meinem Zimmer, sodass ich immer mitbekomme, wenn sie benutzt werden. Da das Hotel in der Nähe einer Moschee liegt, ist es verständlich, dass man Gebete hört, auch wenn diese nur von kurzer Dauer sind. Die Straßen sind tagsüber und nachts relativ ruhig. Der größte Feind ist jedoch das Tanzstudio gleich nebenan, sodass abends laute Musik an die Wände dröhnt. Man kann sogar den Lehrer laut und deutlich hören. Der erste Abend dauerte eine Stunde, während der Unterricht am zweiten Abend von 19:30 bis 22:00 Uhr mit der gleichen Musik in Dauerschleife weiterging. Das Hotel bietet auf Anfrage Sound Plugs an.

Tolle Lage. Das Hotel liegt in der Arab Street, ganz in der Nähe der Sultan-Moschee und vieler netter Restaurants. Zu Fuß sind es etwa 10-12 Minuten nach Bugis. Der Kundenservice hat mir am Tag vor meinem Check-in eine SMS geschickt. Die Reaktionszeit ist schnell und hilfreich. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gemütlich

Dieses Hotel verfügt über einen Selbstbedienungs-Check-in und -Check-out. Ich habe das Nachrichtenformular per E-Mail ausgefüllt, aber nach dem Ausfüllen hat mich niemand kontaktiert, als die Check-in-Zeit gekommen ist. und ich konnte mich schließlich nicht über Ctrip melden. Ich wartete eine Stunde vor dem Hotel und erklärte, dass sie meine WhatsApp nicht finden konnten, aber ich habe die Nachricht eindeutig ausgefüllt Richtig, ich empfehle nicht, bei Freunden einzuchecken, die kein WhatsApp haben. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass die Einstellung des Hotelzimmers darin besteht, sich der Verantwortung zu entziehen und mich dazu zu zwingen, Gründe und Ausreden zu finden.

Das Snail House in Singapur hat keine Fenster, aber es ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt eine kostenlose Selbstbedienungswäscherei. Das Badezimmer ist so klein, dass man es vielleicht nicht schafft umzudrehen. Transport und Essen in der Nähe sind sehr praktisch.

Nach 5 Tagen Aufenthalt gab es überhaupt keinen Service. Sie versuchten immer wieder, Dinge zu reparieren und wurden von ihren Mitarbeitern belästigt. Kurz gesagt, man hat wirklich kein Glück, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten.

Lovely hotel in the Arab district. The majority of the hotel services/experiences operates via your mobile phone. I have never experienced this before but I liked it! There is a member of staff during the day to help if you’re not the best well technology. Speaking of the staff they were always available to help, 24/7 via WhatsApp or in person. The hotel has everything I could think of. They even offered free laundry and drying services with free washing detergent. Thanks for a lovely staff!

Its nice experiences to stay in the middle of tourist area. Easy to access masjid dultan n halal food around the hotel.

Clean, Davina, the ambassador is friendly, communication via WA is great, though room is a bit small but in the center of Bugis is the best location and washer & dryer is free to... the digital key is my new experience. Worth to try

Our stay was great! The location was incredibly convenient, with the Sultan Mosque, numerous restaurants, and souvenir shops just a short walk away. The Bugis subway station is also nearby ~10 min walk, making it easy to explore the city. We booked a loft with a balcony, which was enough space for two people. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the AC was a lifesaver given Singapore's hot climate. While we didn't use the balcony as much as we'd hoped due to the heat, it was a nice touch. The staff was outstanding! Shannen, Andrew, and Jarwin deserve special recognition for their helpfulness, professionalism and friendly demeanor. Communication with the hotel was excellent. All interactions happened through WhatsApp, with clear instructions provided before check-in. Any questions we had were answered promptly. The free laundry service was a pleasant bonus, and being able to leave our luggage until 6 PM on our departure day was incredibly convenient.

There are plenty of excellent shopping options nearby, as well as a variety of halal food and charming cafes. Plus, being close to a mosque is a great bonus for those who need it. The hotel is also right across from Haji Lane, a famous spot for strolling and shopping, which adds to the overall appeal of the location. Room: While the room is on the smaller side, it was impeccably clean and had no unpleasant odors, which is a huge plus for me. Despite the size, it was quite comfortable and well-suited for my needs. However, I would recommend it more for solo travelers or couples, as it might be a bit cramped for families. Customer Service: The customer service was outstanding! I encountered a minor issue with my digital key not working, but the staff attended to it promptly. A special shout-out to the team members—Mae, Diivina, Shannen, and Ryan—who ensured that everything was resolved quickly. I was also impressed by their proactive approach; they even reached out via WhatsApp to check if everything was okay and provided information swiftly. Limited space, room space too small but still good for solo traveller that stay for 1-2days. Location is superb at city center , easy to go everywhere. A lot of halal food around.
