Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, die Zimmer waren sauber. Außerdem gibt es einen Wartungstag für die Reinigung des Pools. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Einkaufszentren sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und hat sich sehr gelohnt 🥰

A hotel with spacious room and lobby, friendly helpful and accomodating front desk staff, especially the lady (20th Feb 25, day shift). Although the furniture and toilet are rather "old" but everything (including aircon and TV) works fine. Appreciate the water purifier installed but complimentary bottled water probably phased out. The area is "malay-muslim friendly" with Masjid Khalid a 5mins walk away and easy to get halal food nearby and Malay cultural shopping at Joo Chiat Complex. NTUC store for everyday needs nearby opens from 7am and closes at 10pm but most shops in the area close at 7pm.

The service is very good and all the staff are very friendly and very helpful, but the cleanliness of the rooms is very poor, overall good.

Was a decent hotel. Will come again if the budget is slightly limited. Below here there's decent food locations and locations wise it's not bad.... Room is clean but aircon a bit not so cold. The water filter also sometimes doesn't work.... Still many space for improvement

Good location, a little bit far from MRT, but recommend for stays, restaurant and shopping is 5 minutes only.

The room is big and the view is nice. The bathtub can’t be used as bathtub it’s old and stains. Some furniture are a bit scratched but they all seem nice to me. The only small problem I had is I got the room at 3rd floor which has the view of a swimming pool. The window and the pool is like only one or two feet away so I can see the other people outside and they can see me too. The fourth floor was full so I changed it to second floor. Then I gave the key and went out to buy snack. When I came back, the counter staff were changed. I asked my room keys but they gave it to other customer. The old staff asked the new one “ did you check whether the room is registered or not? The key here are taken . You can’t give it to others” etc. i didn’t hear all of their problems because they asked me to wait in the living room. So they called the customer down or he came down by himself (I didn’t understand them because they were speaking in Chinese) the staff gave him another room. And he registered me again. It was a bit awkward for me because someone was in my room and the place where I put my clothes is opened. But I can understand their error or misunderstanding so this is not a bad review. Just sharing my experience

Check in was very quick and smooth. The room itself was also clean and quite spacious. Location was great since there's a lot of halal food options around the area and along the street. Getting to the nearest MRT station (Paya Lebar) was easy and convenient as well. Overall would recommend!

The hotel staff are friendly & clean are clean & have lots of food to choose nearby.

Big room and front desk staff are nice. Hope they will consider to have a smart tv too. Over all it’s a good hotel 👌✅

Neaitiful location for shopping and looking for foods and beverages. Walking distancer to all interesting places and shopping mall.

A bit far from MRT. They didn't clean our room, so we had to ask. The receptionist was very kind.

Room is spacious and clean. Would recommend to friends. Refurnish work to be considered as some of the amenities is quite worn-out.

It's easy to get to because it's close to the bus and MRT, but it would be more convenient if the staff was better at communicating.
