In Bezug auf die Lage im zentralen Geschäftsviertel kennt man die Menschenmenge zur Mittagszeit. Am besten zum Mitnehmen und Essen. Ich hatte die Suite mit Balkon gebucht, war super geräumig, aber die Klimaanlage war nicht kalt und konnte nicht angepasst werden, weil sie zentralisiert ist, die Badewanne war riesig und bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Der Balkon wird mit 2 anderen Einheiten geteilt, sodass Sie sie klar sehen können, wenn sie draußen sind. Der Eiskübel war nach dem ersten, sehr kleinen Eimer kostenpflichtig (es ist, als ob ich nicht einmal unseren Champagner kühlen könnte). Es gibt keinen kostenlosen Parkplatz, aber meiner Meinung nach gibt es Platz für vier Autos, und das Parken ist im zentralen Geschäftsviertel sehr teuer. Am besten parallel an der Boon Tat Street parken, das hat mich 20 $ gekostet 15:00-13:00 Uhr am nächsten Tag. Keine Deko, es wurde nichts unternommen, als ich im Voraus um Platz für eine einfache Ausbesserung für einen Geburtstag bat. Nur ein Teller Obst, das war's. Das Tagesbett roch nach Pisse oder anderen Flecken darauf. Die sogenannten motorisierten automatischen Vorhänge funktionierten nicht einmal ... es gab Lücken und war morgens störend, wenn Licht hereinscheinte. Ok, das ist nicht der Punkt. Am selben Abend hatte mein Verlobter, das Geburtstagskind, Heißhunger auf thailändisches Essen, das das Hotelrestaurant nicht hatte, also bestellte ich um 21+ Uhr etwas zum Mitnehmen und der Lieferbote ließ es beim Concierge. Die Rezeption rief an und ich fragte, ob sie liefern könnten Als ich gerade unter der Dusche war, brachten sie es auf mein Zimmer und sie antworteten: „Tut mir leid, wenn es nicht unser Restaurantessen ist, liefern wir es nicht auf Ihr Zimmer. Sie müssen selbst herunterkommen.“ Ich war entsetzt über diesen Service für eine SUITE , es ist kein normales Zimmer. Zu Ihrer Information. Um ihren Service abzurunden, klopfte um 11:30 Uhr ein Rezeptionist an meine Tür und fragte, ob ich um 12:00 Uhr auschecke....??? Ist das normal??? Gehen sie in jedes Zimmer, um zu klopfen??? Ich weiß, dass ich um 12 Uhr auschecken muss, ich bin ein Kind. Ich habe 600+ für eine Nacht bezahlt. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass der Service, die Einstellung und die Unruhe, die ich hatte, weil ich nur eine Nacht im Rahmen einer nicht so glücklichen Feier verbrachte, die ich mit meiner Verlobten allein verbringen wollte, nicht gerechtfertigt war. Bitte macht euch bereit, Jungs

Wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Service! Die Ausstattung ist fortschrittlich, ich dachte, die offene Badewanne wäre nass, aber ich habe nicht damit gerechnet, dass sie am nächsten Morgen trocken sein würde! Waren für 2 Tage hier und haben gut geschlafen. Balkonzimmer sind entspannend.

Empfehlen Sie dieses Hotel nicht! Schlechte Hygiene! Keine fünf Sterne wert. Die Toilette 🚽 ist dreckig, es sind Haare darauf und Flecken; es gibt kein Telefon im Zimmer, nur die Toilette, stell dir vor, ich stehe neben der Toilette und telefoniere, lange geht niemand ran... Auch der Mundspülbecher ist stark verschmutzt, was mit bloßem Auge sichtbar ist. Ich verdiene wirklich keine 300 Dollar pro Nacht.

Einige Fitnessgeräte funktionieren nicht, die Rezeption ist ziemlich langsam, weil man nur das Frühstück im Voraus bezahlt.

Es gibt überhaupt keine Badewanne, aber warum stellt man zur Irreführung ein Badewannenbild in das gemütliche Zimmer auf Ctrip? Ich habe das Zimmer nur wegen der Badewanne gebucht. . . Ich fühle mich betrogen -_-...

Das Hotel ist kaputt

Amazing hotel with historical appearance in very good downtown location. Walking distance to the Pier of Lion and Grand Hotel & ****** la Sands, Hotel is only 6 story with dated renovation. The room is comfortable and clean,The swimming pool has good view of CBD. Walking distance to everywhere in CBD and those restaurants by the river but those restaurants are expensive and offers invaluable food for tourists ( not recommended) I highly recommend to those who like to eat Singaporean food we called outdoor delicacy night life to choose this hotel. the Satay Street delicacy center which is opposite to the hotel, opening to the mid night every day with variety of nice food you can taste, especially at night… beers,food and BBQ in outdoor area make it a good picture! it is really a nice place ..The sea food ( Black Pepper Mud crab is a must taste in Singapore)price is about half price than the tourist riverside area. Nice hotel, nice location,nice food around.. Will stay there again.

Great location, closed to the food market. Amazing pool with view. Rooms good equipped but a bit small, better to check better is the room type suits for extra bed. Breakfast was good enough with a choice of western/chinese/Indian food.

The location, personnel and amenities were lovely. I had the 'no window' room and it was extremely humid, as the AC was not drying the air sufficiently.

Nice, cosy room. Suitable for any occasion. Lau Pa Sat is right in front of the hotel and there's a convenient store on the first floor. The rooftop bar is great too.

Very minimal service provided and interaction for a “small luxury hotel of the world” compared to those I have been to. Overall it was a good stay. Cozy Room is small but well equipped. Old duvet and its cover has patches of red colour stains. The quality of the bedding and linens can be better.

Great location right next to Lau Pa Sat and business area. The building itself is a historical building. Staff and service are great. But the bathtub / water pipe isn’t in the best condition. The water leak through the wall to the bedroom area sometimes. But still manageable though. The other down side is that the lighting is a bit too dark for the bedroom area. Also if you’re looking for fancy breakfast with loads of option, this might not be your type of place. Breakfast is so so here. In general it’s a good place to stay!

Terrible service, blamed us for their failure. Room missing a sofa and didn't rectify, without us making a fuss. Room was old with stained marble, don't let the room pictures fool you, the room is very narrow and there is a corridor that extends 1/2 the length of the room, wasted space. The only positive thing I can say is it's in the CBD so its convenient but I suspect that there are many nearby hotels that will fit that bill. Last but not least, it was pretty expensive, especially for what we got won't recommend to anyone.

Room was spacious and bath tub was huge! The front desk people were really helpful regarding my check ins. Great food area around
