A pretty nice property, the rooms are clean and nice enough. Service is lacking, I called from the airport and found connecting to the hotel a bit difficult. I was aided at the airport by concierge staff inside the airport. After I could not get ahold of the hotel using my phone they called for me and passed me the phone. I spoke to the hotel operator or the front desk this was unclear. I asked for a shuttle pick-up at the airport. I was informed that shuttle pick-up at the airport required advance booking three hours prior to the required time. I am not sure why this is but it is not user-friendly for flyers arriving. I was then told to wait for a minute and the operator would see what they could do. I waited a few minutes and then the line was cut. I tried to call back but no one answered. I just took an airport taxi (280 Pesos). When I arrived at the hotel I checked in and was informed that complementary breakfast was served from 6:30 to 10:00 AM. I went to my room and relaxed for a while and then went out to the city. I took a local ride share (DEDE) and the fare was reasonable. I returned and went to bed after a long trip I slept well. I did note there is no provided water in the rooms and room amenities are sp****. I woke up a bit late the next day and went down for breakfast at 9:00 AM. Breakfast is a breakfast buffet unfortunately for me virtually every piece of food that was available was completely emptied and I noted several persons standing outside the kitchen door waiting for food. I did not see any service staff and most tables were dirty and empty. I walked the buffet and I walked around the dining room realizing that breakfast was available I returned to my room. I packed and left for the airport, I inquired about the airport shuttle to the airport and was informed it ran on the hour every hour (seemed odd since to get a pick up it required 3 hours advance notice). I was told by the front desk staff that the shuttle was available any time just let them know when I wanted to go. I found that confusing as well because after telling me it was available any time I was told it was on the hour. In closing, I was excited to see I was booked in a Hilton, unfortunately, this is not the standard of service I was previously accorded at a Hilton property, and sadly it was pretty disappointing. Another odd observation I made on the way back to the airport was Hilton has acquired several of the other branded hotels and is attaching its name to them as well, I hope they do better service-wise.

Hallo, meine Freunde heute, ich komme Ihnen dieses Hotel empfehlen. Wir haben eine Nacht gereist, weil wir einen sehr frühen Flug genommen haben. Wir kamen wie um 10 Uhr in der Nacht, in einer sehr freundlichen Rezeption das Personal, beim Anreisen ins Zimmer, sehr sauber und schön, Super-geschmack Betten und Bettwäsche auch, wirklich viel Ruhe. Was war meine Überraschung?? Das Hotel ist nur eine Tatsache, dass Sie dort bleiben, gibt Ihnen in freundlicher Weise 5 Tage, um Ihren Wagen zu verlassen, sie haben den Service, Sie zu nehmen und zum Flughafen zu holen. Es ist ein Plus, dass wirklich, wenn Sie einen frühen Flug von diesem Flughafen nehmen, empfehle ich Ihnen, in dieses Hotel zu kommen. Es hat auch Frühstück inbegriffen, 🙌🏻🙌🏻 aber ich war zu früh aus dem Flug und ging, bevor sie geöffnet, mir eine Box Lunch gegeben. Gut, Freunde hier lassen Sie diese Empfehlung für Sie Reisen vom Flughafen Baiyo zu einem bestimmten Ziel. Vielen Dank und wir werden weiterhin schreiben.

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr sauber und hat gute Einrichtungen. Wir buchten ein anderes Hotel, aber es war scheußlich, so kam es letzte Minute hierher und es war so schön in einem sauberen Zimmer zu sein. Der Pool ist sehr schön und hat einen Kinderpool, es hätte von mehr Wasser im Pool profitieren können, da es schwierig war, aus zu kommen. Es gibt einen Kinderspielpark, der eine schöne Überraschung war und mein Sohn liebte es zu verwenden. Die einzige Nebenwirkung ist es ziemlich weit von der Stadt entfernt, wir verwendeten Uber zu kommen und aus. Wir brauchten irgendwo, dass wir heißes Wasser für Flaschen und alle Orte näher wir sind nicht in der Lage, dies zu bieten, dieses Hotel hat eine Kaffeemaschine, so war es perfekt für uns. Es gab jedoch kein Eis oder Kühlschrank so kämpfen, wenn wir kalte Getränke wollten. Sie hatten Getränke zum Verkauf an der Rezeption, aber das Kühlschrank funktionierte auch nicht, so dass sie warm waren. Das Frühstück war nicht groß aus vegetarischer Sicht so wenig für uns. Es gibt eine Applebys neben der Tür mit einem Kinderspielrahmen, so dass wir dort zum Mittagessen einen Tag gingen und das Personal war freundlich.

Das ist eines der erstaunlichsten Hotelgebäude, in denen ich geblieben bin. Gebaut direkt in die Felsenwände, auf die diese schöne Stadt gebaut wird, mit der Tresse durch die Mitte wächst, ein riesiges Frühstücksraum mit riesigen Rack Wand Gesichter, ein schönes Sitzbereich auf dem vierten Stock, und eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit erstaunlichen Blicken auf die Stadt. Das Niveau des Services im Hotel war auch erschreckend. Einige der besten, die ich in Mexiko hatte. Menschen, die wirklich um jede Frage kümmern wollten, die Sie haben könnten. Und sorgfältige Service im Speisesaal. Frühstücke waren sehr gut. Nicht enthalten, sondern ein fairer Wert, und ein wunderbarer Ort, um Ihren Tag zu beginnen. Und die Lage ist erschreckend. Nur aus dem Hauptstreifen, zentraler zu allem. Der einzige Nebeneffekt ist, dass die Zimmer ziemlich durchschnittlich sind. Besser als mittlere Betten, aber kleine und nicht groß, mit scharfen Kleidern. Es dauert mehrere Minuten, bis es heißes Wasser ins Zimmer zu machen. Kein Kühlschrank oder Kaffeemaschine. und

My wife and 17 year old son were treated like family. Alex, Omar and Paola were considerate and generous with great recommendations for our 3 day stay. On arrival greeted us as if they knew us forever and daily made sure we were enjoying our stay. We look forward to going back as the result of their professional service!! A week later we’re still talking about the great experience we had. We highly recommend this historic hotel for your stay.

Loud atmosphere late into the night, ridiculously tiny bathroom, but otherwise comfortable. But watch out for taxi scams. The fee from the airport is always around 600 pesos. That’s what it was from the airport to this hotel. When it was time to depart the hotel (11:45 on Sunday, June 4) we asked the front desk clerk to call us a cab. He did and explained that it would be $600, but that $200 was to be paid to his colleague at the hotel who he called the “agent” and the remaining $400 would be paid to the driver. Unusual but okay with me. When we got into the cab the hotel ”agent” stated $600 (in Spanish) so that I and the driver could hear it. I said in terrible Spanish “$200 to you and $400 to him, right?” And he nodded. So, we get to the airport and I hand the driver $500 thinking it’s the $400 plus $100 tip. (Remember these are pesos). The driver says “no, $600.” I say no $400 to you and $200 I gave at the hotel. We argue but the cab driver behind us starts honking his horn because he sees what is happening and our driver suddenly takes the $500 and leaves. I think the driver behind us knew I was being scammed and intervened. I am convinced the guy at the hotel and the driver conspired to cheat us because I’m an older American. I also believe the desk clerk was in on it too. The whole split taxi fee didn’t make sense. It left a bad feeling for us after what was otherwise a pleasant stay. So my rating reflects it and I hope that hotel management responds. Employees should never be involved in scamming their customers.
