Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

Wir blieben zwei Nächte. Als wir am nächsten Tag zurückkamen, stellten wir fest, dass es keine Handtücher im Badezimmer gab und die Zahnbürste, die wir am Vortag benutzt hatten, und ich befürchtete, dass eine Flasche Wasser fehlte Ich hatte es selbst gemacht, also machte ich ein Foto und teilte es der Rezeption mit. Die Rezeption nahm die Angelegenheit auf und sagte, es sei kein Problem. Beim Auschecken wurde uns gesagt, dass zwei kleine Handtücher und eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer fehlten und wir wurden gebeten, dafür zu bezahlen. Wir haben lange kommuniziert und gesagt, dass wir dies bereits am Vortag erwähnt hätten. Das Hotel weigerte sich, zuzugeben, dass wir sie mitgenommen hatten, also holte ich die Fotos heraus, um sie zu zeigen. Wir bekamen kein kleines Handtuch und sie ließen uns erst nach langer Verhandlung gehen. Wir hätten das Flugzeug fast verpasst. Ich weiß nicht, ob es Absicht war, den Chinesen das anzutun, oder ob sie beim Putzen nachlässig waren, aber es fühlte sich trotzdem nicht gut an. Der Check-in der Gäste muss eindeutig bestätigt werden, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden.

Das Hotel ist in hervorragender Form. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr stark. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist nahezu alles. Was ich Ihnen wirklich sagen möchte, ist, dass das Essen sehr gut ist und das Personal einen hervorragenden Kundenservice bietet. Das Frühstücksmenü umfasst eine Suppestation, Omelete aus einem Eistation, lokale Geschmacksmuster, viele frische Früchte und Brot, das Sie lieben werden. Das Hotelrestaurant verfügt über eine ”Happy Hour” und sehr gute Pizza und Käseburger. Oh, und nehmen Sie es von jemandem mit viel Erfahrung mit Hotels - das Personal ist sehr jung, aber sie sind intelligent, sehr enthusiastisch, und sie bieten hervorragende Kundenservice. Sie sprechen Englisch sehr gut. Es beginnt am Frontdesk. Sie sind wirklich am Ball. Sie können alle Fragen über die lokale Stadt beantworten. Das Concierge-Personal macht auch eine ausgezeichnete Arbeit. Es stoppt nicht dort. Die Hausbetreiber arbeiten sehr hart und zeigen stolz auf ihre Arbeit wie alle Mitarbeiter des Lebensmittelservices. Sie werden dieses Hotel lieben. Es ist der Service, der den Unterschied macht.

The hotel is only 15 minutes' walk to the pub street downtown. Staff are helpful and friendly, welcoming and lovely. It's truly a gorgeous place, and they make you so comfortable. The pool is kept immaculate, they have great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Wifi worked well. They have great information about the tour and will arrange driver, tour guide for you. Mr. Thearith John was was organized for our tour guide from the hotel, he was extremely knowledgeable about the sites we visited. He also told us about the people lives, and the khmer rough regime. Asking Thearith for your tour guide, you will know all what you need. It was exceptional and 100% recommended.

A cozy hotel with amazing services. All (you need) in one (stay). My family just visit this hotel during the Khmer new year. The DJ & bar make sure all the vibes you could have to celebrate the new year, while the friendliness and hospitality are served thoughtfully with huge smiles. The food is surprisingly delicious. Yet, as a family group over 15 people, the cost is more than a good deal. Special thanks to the pink hat handsome boy who took our orders, the big-smile BBQ man, the generous madam (GM?), and all adorable staffs. Last but not the least, great thanks to Mr. POV who recommande and share this heavenly hotel to my family.

Es ist eine Reise, die sagt, dass wir gehen, und dies ist Mane Harihalaya, der berühmteste Teil dieser Reise! Zunächst ist ein freundliches Lächeln im Halle. Das Gastgeberhaus ist ein Geschmack von Getränken und frischem Fruchtplatte, die nach Bedarf zusätzlich zu Betten geliefert werden können. Der Service ist sehr vorhanden. Der Pool ist sauber und komfortabel, außer beim Schwimmen, beim Rasen, sehr sauber und sauber! Außerdem ist es ein großes Buch wert, das Essen des Hotelrestaurants zu nehmen. Der Geruch ist sehr farbig und ist bis zum Ausbruchsgrad. Hier danke ich dem Hotelhall und dem Restaurantmanager, der zu glücklich ist, den Chen-Brother zu besuchen! Nächstes Mal wählen Sie immer noch Mane Harihalaya 👍👍

パークハイアットのファンです。 個人的にはホーチミンシティのようなこぢんまりしたパークも好みなので，期待してました。 朝食もオーセンティックなカンボジア料理も好きなだけ選べ、ウェルカムドリンクも美味しく、バーのハッピーアワーも良かったのですが、スパのジャグジーがない、、のがとっても残念。 高級ホテルステイってプールサイドでのんびりしたりスパのジャグジーやサウナが使えることだと思うので。

Delicious breakfast, polite and friendly staff, amazing swimming pool, just little old facilities in the room.. Generally it was good experience in Sokha Hotel.. We were really enjoy there

Красивый отель, очень дружелюбный и хорошо говорящий по-английски персонал. что мне было нужно, все было организовано. Номер был большим, чистым, и все работало хорошо. Кроме того, бассейн хороший, и бассейн имеет глубину 2,2 метра с одной стороны, что очень приятно для тех, кто любит плавать.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr bequem für Essen und alles. Das Zimmer war sehr freundlich und sauber, schönes Bett. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und energisch, sehr empfohlen
