Ich habe mich sehr wohl in dieser Anlage gefühlt. Ein schönes Zimmer direkt am Pool,ein super Frühstücksbuffez,das Beste war das Personal,zuvorkommend ,hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.Das Essen war hervorragend.Ich gebe der Anlage 100% Gerne wieder. Greetings Olaf

Alles an diesem Ort ist erstklassig und wunderbar! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, der Poolbereich ist spektakulär und der ganze Ort hat eine sehr friedliche und einladende Atmosphäre. Das Frühstücksbüfett umfasste eine große Auswahl an köstlichen Speisen und wir entschieden uns, auch jeden Abend hier zu Abend zu essen. Die Abendessen waren köstlich und sehr preiswert! Ich bin in meinem Leben schon viel gereist und das Metta Residence and Spa steht ganz oben auf meiner Liste der Lieblingsunterkünfte. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Während meines Aufenthalts in der Metta Residence genoss mein Mann einen neuntägigen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war jeden Morgen gleichbleibend und Lucky servierte uns jeden Tag mit einem Lächeln und frischem heißen Kaffee. Die Zimmer wurden täglich sauber gemacht und waren sehr geräumig. Die Rezeption war immer hoffnungsvoll. Manchmal war es etwas feucht. Der Tuk-Tuk-Fahrer namens Kimsun war äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr großzügig. An vielen Abenden fuhr er uns herum, ohne etwas extra zu verlangen, was uns einen Grund gab, ihm ein tolles Trinkgeld zu geben. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel Paaren und Familien. Der Pool ist wunderschön und liegt täglich bis etwa 16 Uhr in der Sonne.

It is one of the best hotels we have ever visited! A lot of greens, nice swimming pool, great people work there. We adore our room, it was always quiet and super clean. Great breakfast but you gonna used to it for 3rd day.

One of the best hotel I’ve ever been to. Tasty breakfasts, great service, big rooms. Also very nice design of room and hotel’s territory as well. If I come back to Siemreap again I will definitely chose this hotel. Also the staff helped me to book all activities.

The hotel is a bit far, but they offer a free one-way tuk-tuk service. Have a wonderful stay here.

I must give this hotel a big five-star rating! From the moment I stepped into the lobby until I checked out, the entire experience was absolutely perfect and completely exceeded my expectations. As soon as I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me warmly with friendly smiles. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and they also patiently informed me about the location of the hotel's facilities as well as recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, which made me feel very welcome right away. The room was even more of a pleasant surprise. The overall decor was simple yet elegant, and it was spotlessly clean—there wasn't a speck of dust even in the corners. What impressed me most was the bedding: the mattress was neither too hard nor too soft, and the quilt and pillows were fluffy and soft, with a great skin-friendly feel. As someone who's picky about beds, I actually slept soundly all night long. The bathroom featured a well-designed dry-wet separation layout, with a spacious and tidy vanity. The hot water came quickly and steadily, and the quality of the toiletries was good, making them very comfortable to use. The breakfast the next day was a delightful surprise too. The dining area was clean and bright, with an extremely rich variety of food. There was a wide selection of Chinese options like porridge and noodles, as well as Western choices such as bread, bacon, and fruits. All the ingredients were fresh, and they were replenished promptly, which could fully satisfy different taste preferences. My child wanted to eat instant noodles every noon, and the hotel restaurant staff kindly helped to make them—such a thoughtful gesture! This stay experience was truly flawless. I have already recommended the hotel to my friends, and I will definitely choose it again next time I come!

The staff are excellent, the breakfast is great but there is a strong smell of damp in the rooms.

Excellent hotel! Had everything we needed for a luxurious night break before we started our travels again. Everything was accommodated for, well stocked bedroom, great size, comfortable beds, lovely large bathroom with toiletry provisions. The pool and bar were ideal. The staff very helpful. 10/10 The breakfast was the best we enjoyed in a while!. We wished we had booked in for another night.
