Es ist gut, hier zu sein. Das Zimmer ist sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich mag den Nachmittagstee hier sehr, der Bananenkuchen ist sehr lecker

We have stayed there for a week. The hotel is situated in a peaceful area, with a lovely rice field inside. It's well located that going to town is not too difficult. What impressed us was the service. The team always went extra mile to make sure our family was well taken care of. The breakfast was great that you can order as many dishes as possible, and the food was cook a-la-minute. It's better than a buffet in a big property. I cannot say more good thing about the wonderful staff, they are all helpful, professional and always with a great smile. Keep up the good work, and we will be back for sure!

酒店總體很棒。但酒店團隊很着急與我確認具體退房時間，總是催促我離開，工作人員着急與我確認退房時間，酒店經理也催促我離開，不明白酒店團隊為什麼要這樣對我，這讓我不開心，酒店規定的退房時間是12點，時間到了我會退房，如果到時間我沒有離開，酒店可以讓我續訂房間並且付費。總的來説酒店環境很好，但團隊需要改進，這是我旅行中第一次遇到催促我離開的酒店。酒店環境好。

非常差。房間臨街，街上對面是唱歌房，每夜派對唱歌，造噪音巨大。酒店説是遺留問題，由來已久，他們沒辦法解決，但是會故意把中國人安排在這一間。

非常好的體驗 不是傳統的酒店 自己有一片很大的土地 我們是大床雙人間房間面積大概40多平米吧 酒店的服務真的非常好，非常努力的表達着做好這個簡單的事情。 家庭出遊也很方便，早餐做的也很精緻，餐廳食物很好吃，提供自行車園內活動。叫嘟嘟車也很方便，管家都是24h待命。

Wir hatten eine herrliche Woche in dieser wunderschönen Anlage. Der Service war exzellent, das Personal immer erreichbar und unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir können das Resort wärmstens empfehlen

Wer einmal seine personal assistants haben möchten, die immer erreichbar sind und einen umwerfend huldigen, dann muss man hier absteigen! Die Parkanlage ist riesig, Pool sehr schön, mit dem Golfcar wird man zum Gate gebracht, um 5$ kann man ein Tuktuk mit Fahrer mieten, der einen in die Stadt (Markt, shoppen) bringt und auch stunden gerne auf einen wartet; der riesige Bungalow mit 3 SZ, Küche, Schreibzimmer, vielen Terrassen und Balkonen eigentlich zu groß (wie auch eine Spinne im Bad), die Dusche kalt, das Restaurant deutlich zu teuer (aber der Begrüßungscocktail unheimlich gut!)

Wir hatten schon gehört, dass die Kambodschaner:innen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit wären, aber das, was wir hier angetroffen haben, hat alles übertroffen. Der Service war einmalig, das Essen sensationell und die Unterbringung einfach nur genial.

Grüne Luxusoase nah am quirligen Zentrum des wunderbaren Siem Reap, perfekter Ort für Tempeltouren in Angkor und Umgebung. Hervorragendes Personal. Unsere „Butlerin“ Saiyon hat uns großartig umsorgt. Auch wenn einige Renovierungen nicht schlecht wären und das Essen im Resort echt teuer (allerdings auch extrem gut) ist, gibt es volle Punktzahl. Der Ort und die Menschen sind magisch.

I would love to say that I enjoyed our experience here, but sadly we did not. On the positive note the staff were all verypleasant . I booked this very expensive place to stay because I was taking my kids out of the country for the holidays and it said it came with a "Butler and chef". When we arrived, it looked like we were the only people in the entire complex. We never saw another family for breakfast and turns out breakfast was the only meal served and if you ordered pancakes, they made you one and split it into four pieces which was clearly not enough for my three teenage boys). There were no other meals and no food available other than for Christmas dinner which was an extra $1000 if you can believe it! None of the things shown in the photo actually existed like horses or archery. The bikes were all very rundown as a matter of fact, the whole place was very rundown. Mildew on all of the cushions. Broken chairs at the pool, broken trampoline, no towels available, no service...Just in the state of disrepair. It would've been fine if it was advertised as a two or even three star and with them saying in advance there was no additional food available there because it was way out of town and there was nothing within walking distance, but my goodness, to pay so much money to spend Christmas somewhere and to be so disappointed was absolutely terrible. They felt bad and apologized, but charged us the same exorbitant rate nonetheless. As I said, they were very pleasant, but this is not at all what we paid for. Beware, it does not look like the photos and there was definitely not a butler or a chef in in sight and when I inquired about it they said we needed to ask about the chef in advance, but there was nothing about that on their website or in our correspondence. I've traveled to over 80 countries and always leave positive reviews but this was just over and above false advertising Nearly $2500 for three nights. Wow!! Stay at Raffles!

This resort is wonderful for family. The villa is spacious, and the area is quiet and peaceful. All the staff are absolutely wonderful, in particular Visual, Nak in restaurant, even the driver Nat...cant name them all. The team goes extra mile for everything trying to make us having a nice stay. Thank you all. We would be back and give all our recommendation for this wonderful hotel.
