Sehr guter Service, sauber, schöner Pool, gute Lage im Ort.

Der Service des Hotelpersonals ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker. Es liegt direkt gegenüber dem Museum. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und nicht laut. Das Zimmer ist sauber und im südostasiatischen Holzstil eingerichtet. Es ist ein bisschen alt, aber das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich gut

Ausstattung: Das Zimmer ist relativ groß und verfügt über einen Balkon, und die unterstützenden Einrichtungen sind etwas alt, aber sehr sauber; der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die zentrale Klimaanlage etwas laut ist; das Frühstück wird auf Bestellung zubereitet, da nur wenige Leute da sind, und es schmeckt gut! Auch der Kaffee ist frisch gemahlen und zubereitet und das Produkt ist sehr gut, sollte es nicht ausreichen, kann man ihn hinzufügen Hygiene: Sehr sauber, es gibt Kellner, die den öffentlichen Bereich reinigen, den Platz vor der Tür waschen, jeden Tag den Swimmingpool und die Blumen und Pflanzen reinigen; jeden Tag das Zimmer reinigen; Umgebung: Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt gegenüber dem Nationalmuseum, nachts sehr ruhig; in der Nähe gibt es einen Freizeitplatz und die Kneipenstraße und der Nachtmarkt sind nur zehn Gehminuten entlang des Flusses entfernt. hübsch Service: Der entscheidende Punkt beim Service ist das Lob! Vom Beginn des Check-ins an gibt es einen fürsorglichen Service im Butler-Stil, und meistens ist es eine Fürsorge, die Sie sich nicht vorstellen können! Leidenschaftlich und genau richtig! Ich werde auf jeden Fall das nächste Mal hier übernachten! ❤️

Overall amazing experience. Staff are super friendly and always up for a chat. Will go out their way to serve you. Front desk gave us a free room upgrade on check in which was appreciated! The food and drinks from the restaurant tasted great. Buy 1 get 1 free cocktails 4-6pm. The room was clean, heaps of little touches that were a surprise like fresh fruit on arrival, premium toiletries, water, tea and coffee etc. Bed is super comfy with fresh, soft, clean sheets. Wifi is fast and never dropped out. The hotels gym and pool were really good, clean. Photo: Angkor National Museum located across the road, worth a visit.

Perfect, how a hotel should be run. Excellent location for the temples and the centre. Spotlessly clean, reasonably priced bar and restaurant (great food). Amazing staff. definitely the most enjoyable hotel stay I have ever had (and I am 67, so I have stayed in a lot of hotels)

Amazing Hotel, wonderful people, who are always ready to help you, to solve your problems or just to chit-chat with you if you would like to. Great tour deals and answers on your questions. Delicious food from morning until late night. Highly recommend to anyone!

Located opposite Angkor Museum and not so far from tourist attraction. Good Hotel and facility with a good price. Staff is extremely helpful and try their best to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Sala Siem Reap Hotel Location: The hotel is situated in a great location, on the road leading to Angkor Wat (65 minutes walk, 12 minutes Tuk Tuk) in one direction, and the city centre in the opposite direction around 20 minutes walk. On the opposite side of the road is the Angkor National Museum. There are Tuk Tuks parked outside if a walk in the heat isn't desired! You are however within walking distance of many other popular attractions, restaurants, and shop. Remarkably, despite being on the main road out to the temples, it was very quiet. The swimming pool was a welcome sight whenever we returned from the daily explorations! Staff: The staff at the hotel are absolutely wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, and always go the extra mile to make sure that guests have a great stay. I was particularly impressed to be greeted by name by almost all of them across my entire stay, a very nice touch. Overall Experience: I had a wonderful stay at the Sala Siem Reap Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Siem Reap. Well placed, very reasonably priced, great staff that always made you feel welcome.

Same as previous review. I'd had to book two separate nights as I made a mistake when booking and they were very helpful and accommodating - allowed me to keep the same (better) room both nights.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. During the free extensive breakfast, they were quick to serve you and everyone had the warmest smile. The swimming pool was a nice touch and was great to relax in after a day exploring. They also arranged a variety of trips, which were fairly priced. Our tuktuk driver Votay was really cool and took us wherever we wanted, always with a smile! The hotel room was good, although the bathroom could do with a touch up. Perhaps should redo the caulking and sealant. Other than that, wonderful stay and would recommend.

Good location and perfect breakfast, staff very friendly. However two things that hotel should improve, the room not so clean, some room get bad smell from restroom, and gym very old and mostly broken, pool also not so clean. But in overall, it’s great!
