For the value, it's a fantastic place to stay with a decent breakfast! The road is too the place is not the best but not far from city center. My only minor issue was that the pillows were a bit too firm

Nice rooms, unfortunately didn't have a record of our booking through trip.com but sorted us with an alternative room which just meant faffing swapping rooms after the first day. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable though. WiFi didn't work for most of our stay which was disappointing and there is no remote for the TV. Pool is lovely and just big enough to do some OK lengths. Breakfast buffet was nice and changed slightly each day, with a fresh egg station made to your liking. Staff very helpful arranging tours. Bicycle rental went smoothly arranged by hotel on the morning. We didn't try the restaurant but it has 20% discount on food between 7pm and 8pm each day. Location is good for exploring all the temples (tuk tuk or taxi needed ideally, but we also had a fun day exploring them on the bicycles too). Would recommend although maybe check they have your booking first

Very pleasant stay. High room standard. Breakfast simple but tasty. Despite problems with booking buyer from external OTA, hotel management did his best to provide us a room and solve the issue - very professional and customer friendly attitude.

Excellent stay in Central Blanche! Friendly staff and beautiful rooms

At first the roomed seemed to be alright, however we soon noticed that the kettle wasn't working (got changed after we told the manager), TV wasn't working as well. The smell and taste of the water in the shower and sink was metallic, seemed almost unhealthy. Room service apparently only comes to change towels and toilet paper if you tell them to. We had to wait for the lady to make beds and clean everything. The location was a bit outside of city center, next to a farm(?), we had lots of flies when lying by the pool. Overall good if you're on a low budget, but definitely below standards.

The place is silent, the staff is helpful.

It looked worst than I expected. I think the hotel just recovered from Covid 19. If not during the public holiday I think this hotel is not recommended place at all. The staffs are friendly and the young girl try to help to bring my bag into my room which is on 3rd floor. The swimming pool is not really maintenance well. My room in trip.com is facing to pool but in face not facing there. It is really disappointed. I checked out quite fast and I hear another guess also complaint as well. It is ok to just stay a night during the holiday.

Das Personal war von Anfang an sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich sehr um unsere Belange gekümmert. Das Essen auf der Speisekarte war gut und auch das Frühstück, das in der Reservierung angeboten wurde, war sehr abwechslungsreich. Wenn wir einen besonderen Wunsch hatten, wurde das Problem sofort vom Team gelöst und es wurden uns immer Alternativen angeboten, um unser Problem zu lösen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet, und angesichts der geografischen Lage ist es wichtig zu verstehen, dass wir viel Vegetation um uns herum haben. An unserem letzten Tag, noch Stunden nach dem Auschecken und der letzten Tour, bot uns das Hotel an, kostenlos zu duschen und die Einrichtungen wie den Pool zu nutzen, was uns half, uns frisch zu machen und uns auf unseren Rückflug vorzubereiten. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels für diese Tage, an denen wir immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt wurden, was uns selbst immer ein Lächeln auf die Lippen zauberte.

Das Personal war wunderbar, sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar für Fragen und Empfehlungen. Außerdem waren wir begeistert von dem Zimmer, dem Pool und dem Essen. Alles sehr empfehlenswert. Einen Pool zu haben in Siem Reap ist ein großes Privileg und macht den Urlaub entspannter.

I really enjoyed my time in the hotel, since the beginning they were really nice giving me my room before time because i got there early in the morning. They also helped me with my plans during my time there. I also did a late check out. Especial thanks for Mr. Dara and Miss Dalin, they were always friendly and helpful to me and for each one of the guests. I hope to comeback again to Cambodia and definitely I’ll stay with you again.
