We just visited Rixos Hadisha Shymkent in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again. The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. The cultural experience at Rixos Shymkent left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly. I would like to say that my trip was spoiled by staff members. Stuff of the hotel hates children in general. We have 8 years old girl and our friends as well, all the time we got some absolutely ridiculous comments that children can not eat in the bar area, that they can not move chairs and there is even a sign that chairs can not be moved even by 5 cm. When I went to the reception area, they kicked out our children from that area. When I asked to speak to top managers, at first they said that he is not available but then a person named Evgeniy showed up and he was so rude. To all our complains he said don’t come to this hotel if you don’t like it What type of service is this?!? And would understand if our girls were some how behaving in a wrong way, but they were just sitting and drawing. This is a good hotel with absolutely NO Service at all! I DO NOT recommend it to anyone!!!!

It is always nice to visit this hotel . I stay on this hotel on a continuous base. Rooms are clean , personnel are friendly and helpful. Especially Musa and Latif are always providing the utmost attention and always resolving problems . At Meat and Sea restaurant you can have the best steak in town .

This hotel is gorgeous and has an amazing interior courtyard where you can relax day and night, have tea or light snacks and drinks. Staff was nice and helpful, not overly friendly like we've encountered in the rest of the country, but helpful and pleasant. The rooms could use some updates. There was a significant amount of chipped paint, water damage, and other wear and tear that doesn't really fit the Rixos brand. Bed was comfortable and linens were fresh. Bathroom functioned perfectly. Breakfast was delicious. Staff could have been much friendly during breakfast. They were definitely not up to par with Rixos standards either. Not sure we would stay here again as there are other options in the city, but we had a fine stay.

It is literally within walking distance of a variety of shops, restaurants and attractions, making it an ideal choice for travelers. I could easily explore the city and enjoy all its delights without spending a lot of time moving around. As for vacation metrics, I appreciated the excellent service at the hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive and always ready to help. They did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. In addition, the hotel's cuisine also deserves praise. The breakfasts were varied and the food in the restaurant was amazing. If you are planning a visit to Shymkent, I highly recommend choosing the Rixos Khadisha Shymkent hotel. You definitely won't regret it. This is a place where you can relax and enjoy all the pleasures of travel. Thanks to the hotel staff for their care and hospitality. I will definitely come back here next time I'm in Shymkent. Helpful tip for future travelers: don't forget to try the local dishes in the hotel restaurant, they are really delicious. The Rixos is located in a safe part of town with many shops nearby including a mini-mart across the street and a Coffee Boom restaurant next door. Most of the staff speaks some English, which is immensely helpful. My jr suite is very roomy and comfortable. If I visit again it’s the Rixos for me.

I stayed at this hotel for a month, so had plenty of time to work out the facilities. Beautiful, luxurious hotel, within easy walking distance of the centre, close to some good restaurants, shops, pharmacies and entertainment. Rooms are very well furnished with a balcony, not very wide but adequate with both doors open. Fully air conditioned room, huge smart flatscreen TV, coffee machine, plenty of powerpoints, fully stocked mini bar, as well as crisps, nuts and even a packet of Durex. The swimming pool and Spa facilities were excellent, towels, robes and slippers, all supplied, Sauna, Steam room and ice room, along with a cold plunge pool. Fully equipped Gym, and massage treatment. Room service 24/7, used on a couple of occasions, excellent pizza. 2 restaurant's, a bar plus the atrium area where anything can be ordered.

Особую благодарность хочу выразить консьержу, господину Акраму Дурмену. Его внимание к деталям и желание помочь сделали мой отдых еще более комфортным. Он всегда был готов предложить лучшие варианты для досуга как в самом отеле, так и в городе. Ресторан предлагал разнообразное меню, и каждое утро начиналось с вкусного завтрака. В целом, "Rixos Khadisha Shymkent" стал настоящим оазисом спокойствия. Рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ищет качественный отдых!

Каквсегда Roxos Khadysha Shymkent на высоте всех ожиданий. Спасибо всему персоналу начиная с ресепшина заканчивая спа центром ! Встречают на высшем уровне и провожают на высшем уровне ! Номера чистые как всегда. Рестораны и бары грамотно обслуживают. А Спа центр это уже другой мир , который словами не описать. Нужно побывать !
