The indigo hotel is very good. Good location just in town center. Good breakfast with lots of choice and good food. Staff are friendly. Room is big and grand. Will come again and recommend friends to stay there in Bath.

Lovely hotel that made our journey and evening so much better. Originally booked another hotel but it was so dirty and staff was so rude, had to leave and find an alternative late at night. Thank you for accommodating our last minute booking! The bed is super comfy, cosy room and friendly staff. Would come back again if we are visiting Bath again :)

The location, service and cleanliness was good. Only down side was that we were assigned a room with very low ceiling so not so good

Modern clean and relatively new hotel created in a renovated row of Bath mews houses. The location is great for the station and shops, the staff were really helpful and friendly and the room was clean and well maintained.

Everything was just perfect. Clean room, very comfortable bed. Staff really helpful, they helped me to organise a birthday surprise for my partner.

great location between the train/bus station and tourist places, handy car park in front of hotel which costs £15 for the whole day. We had a superior king room which is spacious and luxurious, guys on front desk were also super friendly and would help with anything you needed.

這個酒店的裝飾風格我很喜歡，酒店服務也很熱情，但第一天晩上被安排在二樓503房間，房間小，窗外風景不好，關鍵是窗外是酒店餐廳巨大的抽油煙機一直在工作，吵得我和朋友半夜都無法入睡，直到夜裡三點油煙機才停了。第二天我們找酒店，要求換房間，酒店説很抱歉，儘量安排換。到中午果然換了二樓一間面向街道的房間，面積更大，風景更好，關鍵是再也不用操心油煙機的躁音了。酒店的工作人員還熱情地幫我們在電腦上預訂了長途車的車票。酒店的早餐也很不錯，英式的早餐，需要前一天預約時間。另外，酒店入住時還要收取每天50鎊的按金，祝離店後兩週內原路退款，目前三天了，還沒收到退款訊息。
