GGastnutzerThe property was nice. Staff are very polite and are always available. Food quality and quantity is also amazing. They should work on cleanliness of the room. The rooms in which we stayed were not clean. The sealing, corners of the wall had dust, and the bathroom corners were dirty.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is located in a very isolated area, around 5-6 pm it becomes too dark and scary to step out. Once you reach the main road its okay. The property is good, room was clean and tidy. Staffs were very polite and professional. Breakfast buffet, room service, food quality and taste was excellent. Would be better if housekeeping staffs can recheck the toiletry items before placing it in the room. The toilet roll that was provided had fungus in it, when complained they immediately changed. Over all it was a good experience staying in this hotel. Would definitely recommend.

K international hotel was good, from the day of check in but check out, the night before the day of check out, i called the reception from the land line of the room, they told me that if you check out tomorrow morning, then the hotel will eat. Please pay the bill tonight. Then i said that i am going to be a little late but i did not like that the person from the reception came to my room with the bill and entered the room. I disliked this behavior of them, and my girlfriend was inside the room. It never occurred to me that the presence of a woman entered the room.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is in nice position as per communication wise & also they have enough area and space, very good family friendly, kids playing zone and also very well maintained garden area. The quality & taste of food is excellent but it is little bit of expensive. As per behavior of the staff each & every one is so good, polite, well behaved and well maintained. We just completed our family trip with my 3yrs daughter who enjoyed v. Much here. This all are the reason i already visited here twice & if we have further plan definitely want again to stay here.

GGastnutzerI have booked 1 ac delux room in hotel tulip for 3 night and 4 day through makemytrip. I was quite taken aback when i found the room allotted to me is well below par the facilities which i booked. Afterwards, only after my complaint the hotel authorities changed my room. But that was not also not upto the mark. Many facilities that were to be present as per makemytrip were absent. Every time i had to inform the authorities before getting certain amenity which were very disturbing.

GGastnutzerThe location is near the old digha beach, and you could catch glimpses of the sea from our 2nd floor room. The food we had in the hotel were good. However the reception staff was rude to us from the beginning, they had a miscommunication and didnt receive our booking, even though we booked a month in advance. They served us one meal after 2 hours, the boy at the kitchen phone did not place the order. We asked for an extra mattress/cot but did not get one. The room and toilet was clean, but fixtures broken, etc. Minimum amenities: 1 towel, 1 soap. High priced, considering we paid 2250 with tax.
