My recent stay at Hotel Indigo Brussels was a pleasant blend of charm and hospitality.
The hotel's location is impeccable. It’s perfect for anyone looking to explore the city without the hassle of long commutes.
However, despite the overall positive experience, I encountered an issue with cleanliness that needs addressing. I found hair and stains on the bed linen, which was quite disappointing. It was clearly not up to the usual standards you would expect from a reputable hotel.
Overall, while the hospitality and convenience were commendable, I believe there needs to be more attention to housekeeping to enhance the overall guest experience. I hope these issues can be addressed for future stays.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, finding public car parking was a breeze, as there's a multi-story car park directly opposite the hotel. The room we chose was impressively spacious, providing ample comfort for our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, easy parking, and generous room size, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Brussels.

SSasithornSehr schickes Hotel, Kunst, schöne, komplette Ausstattung, sehr gute Fitness, aber die Funktionen im Zimmer sind zu kompliziert. Beispielsweise muss alles per Tablet gesteuert werden. Aber das Tablet funktioniert nicht. Das Internet hat Probleme. Beim Einloggen müssen wir Mitglied des Hotels sein, das tägliche Ausgaben hat. Wer nicht in die Lobby geht, verschwendet wahrscheinlich Geld für WLAN. Obwohl es eigentlich kostenlos ist Sie müssen sich jedoch als Administrator anmelden!! Viele Dinge im Zimmer waren recht kompliziert. Viele Gäste beschwerten sich über das WLAN. Einige zogen an diesem Tag sogar in ein anderes Zimmer.

GGastnutzerAuf dem Dach befindet sich eine Sauna. Praktisch, da der Ausgang der U-Bahn-Station direkt vor Ihnen liegt. Sie können vom Grand Place auch auf einer geraden Straße nach Hause laufen.

Unica pecca la struttura: la pulizia lasciava a desiderare , soprattutto le lenzuola sporche. Mi dispiace per questo

HHolland9398It’s situated on a bit of an uphill so keep that in mind if you are carrying a heavy luggage. My body and face had a bit of a rashes using the pillows but it cleared up after a couple hours after I woke up. Pretty spacious for a family room as I booked for myself, my husband and my parents. They have a strict room cleaning timing as we told the lady that we will still need some time and to come back later but she never did. Would book here again if I am not sensitive to the pillows and the stay was memorable.

Nur ist das Zimmer etwas klein, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut.
