Spacious and clean room. Love how they have fruit platters. A bit disappointed with the service tho. I have high standards with this hotel as I have been to this hotel several times. I love this hotel. There used to be a bellboy to open the car door and help me with my luggage. This time none. Didnt see anyone helping me during the 4 days i stayed. They dont serve tea to guests anymore. All these services were something that I like about this hotel. Now they dont have it. it was disappointing, but I guess i had to accept it since they changed the way they served the guests. Wifi is very unstable. Affecting my work greatly. Aside from that, all remain good.

The room is big and clean, the breakfast buffet is good with many varieties of food both chinese and western food. Hotel staffs are nice and very helpful.

Location very convenient, room size is big but arrive is still room to improve

續住進綠島國際酒店的行政豪華親子房啦！房間佈置依舊童趣滿滿，孩子一進門就鑽進卡通帳篷玩耍。床品舒適，續住的體驗感還是超棒，圓形浴缸真的太適合親子度假帶娃了！ 酒店周邊的景點也是值得打卡拍照的。玩累了一天回到酒店一樓就是上苑餐廳。服務和菜品都很有品質感。 最後，為大堂何經理認真負責的態度點贊，離開酒店的路上專門電話回訪入住體驗及酒店需要改進的方面。

服務特別好，很暖的很用心的那種特別好。尤其是客房打掃，本來隨手放了幾個護膚品的小瓶子在桌上，心裏想的是這個桌子就省的擦了吧，結果晚上回來的時候發現瓶子們被整齊的放好了，下面墊了小方巾，還寫了一張温馨的小卡片，好感度拉滿。

很不錯的一次體驗，房間寬敞乾淨，燈光挺明亮的，衞生間乾濕分離，服務也很貼心，特別感謝服務員吳關關，第一天打掃之後看我喝完了礦泉水還多放了兩瓶，也給我護膚品的收納袋墊了毛巾防止打濕 唯一提的意見就是淋浴室門口可以不放毛巾，門反而不太容易打開，其他都挺好的

為了去洛伽寺決定住在石獅，選擇了這家酒店，非常滿意。 酒店硬件很好，房間非常大，設施齊全，而且不決定舊，床很寬大而且睡着很舒服。 酒店服務特別好，感覺培訓很到位，碰見的每一個人都很有禮貌，服務響應非常快，及時幫助搬運行李。 酒店的食物很棒，四樓的餐廳訂不到位置，還可以送到房間，食物很好吃很有特色。 很棒的酒店，入住很滿意。
