Barekal Farm Stay | Rooms & Caretaker

We had a family gathering for 2 nights at this place. We were a large group of about 30 and had an absolutely wonderful time here. Food was homely and delicious. The place was clean and rooms spacious. The surroundings were beautiful and we were cutoff from the outside world for 2 days. The staff and host were very friendly and cooperative. Overall very good experience. Would highly recommend this place for large groups.

Ambience, food, hospitality, amenities are all top notch. Situated in the middle of lush green forest, the location iss serene, beautiful and the property is well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food served is tasty Malnad style cuisine. The staff is courteous and well cultured.

Want to experience a home in the malnad? this is the place. Well maintained and spacious rooms with 4 beds in a room. they have games like TT, Carroms, Football, Cricket, 🏹, etc. They also have kannada books for reading. The very tasty food served is South Indian and Malnad cuisine. What stands out the most is host Mr.Vikram and his team, very courteous and serve their guests well. I would definitely recommend this place for people to enjoy the greenery.

The property is located in the midst of lush green forests and farms. Ideal place to get away from the city hustles and rejuvenate yourself. It is hygenic and very well maintained. You also get full cellphone reception here. It rained crazy in the area when I visited ***** with my friends in the motorcycling group. There are ***y places to trek and ride you cover. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I would definitely return back with family sometime.

About Vikram, he is my class mate and we closely knew about his passion and craziness😀 about unique ness. Apart from friendship he is very professional and humble when it comes to Farm Stay. He took care of our stay, food hygiene, time to chit chat with us in his busy schedule and for one photo with friends he drove 10+ kms today when it's raining. Highly recommended for family, friends, get together, Events ***y more. Hai all, This is Santhosh from Karimnagar,Telangana Region. We had been to a trip to visit the Shimoga and Udupi in last week i.e. 11.12.2022 to 16.12.2022. With lots of Doubts regarding the amenities we went into the Farmstay. But the very first step into the farmstay flushed out the all the doubts and worries. The Farmstay was beautiful with lush green forest ambience and is superbly maintained by the property owner Mr.Vikram Udupa. All the Staff at this property were really helpful, friendly and their hospitality is really amazing. Due to my tight scheduled itinerary, we stayed only one day but this Farmstay experience impressed me a lot and i'm sure enough that my next visit to Karnataka will be exclusively for this Barekal farmstay. The rooms were beautiful and named five elements of Vastu like Water,Fire,Earth,Air and Akasha, My little Kids enjoyed a lot in the play area. The Boat ride is hardly few Kilometres away from this Farmstay. SaveHaklu Reservoir,Nagara fort (This fort was built in 16th century by Shivappa Nayaka ),Kodachadri Trekking spot,Hanging Bridge at Nittur, and so ***y other beautiful locationsa re very nearby for visit. This property is also having a small but worthful museum containing antiques, coins pertaining to Nizam period and even older. In short, "The Barekal farmstay experience was fantastic,peaceful and relaxing"

Nice location. Friendly staff as well as the owner. Antique collection is great. Food was good. They organise small treks, suggest all the things to do around and even guide you. Goof for photographers as well. Monsoon maybe a better time to be here. Keep it up.
