Club Mahindra Mashobra

Overall nice stay. Rooms were neat and clean. However, the arrangement is good I felt...because rooms with view are small and spacious rooms aren't the ones with view. Since the property is on hill station it is set floor-wise. Ground floor is reception, restaurant and spa are on underground floors. All good and properly ventilated. View is beautiful. Staff was supportive. MANISHA and RASHI (among the staff) were nice hosts. They even taught me a few steps of Nati dance (of Himachal) after their performance on 24 August night. TARUN has been great host during dining, suggesting the best possible dishes for us to try. We tried sepu vadi traditional curry of himachal and loved it. Staff was really good and welcoming, Ajay, Risheb and everyone. Overall 9/10 experience.

A very beautiful and heritage property , located in a quiet nestled location. The front office reception was courteous. But he lacked the warmth and knowledge about Shimla from a tourism standpoint . I had asked him repeatedly about the opening and closing time of the institutions , he said he will find out and tell me . It never happened. I wish to mention about the F&B team, their conduct was very good , The service was good , but the food in the buffet was very average.Food preparation was below par, which I pointed to the chef and the restaurant manager. They tried to help me with some different preparations, I had finished my meal by then. Service recovery wasn't quick. The order taker from the room service was very quick to disconnect my calls before I could finish my queries, maybe some patience and practical training on customer dealing could be of good help here. The housekeeping is quite good and they were very prompt in service delivery . Overall it was a mixed experience. The HU rooms are decently spacious with basic amenities. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. I wish the hotel team good luck to plug these gaps and remain focused on service excellence.

Manisha Roulta was very helpful in terms of service and hospitality. Staff is very polite. Small property but had great time. Food is yummy. Kids had great time in play zone. Matress is very soft and comfort. Room heater was provided on request basis.

The experience we had was really good. We absolutely loved being here. The property and the staff Manisha was really good. We were hosted by the staff and we loved having them. The food quality and taste was great and the chef customised our breakfast and dinner accordingly as we liked. Manisha raulta being our host was really sweet to us and helped us a lot. We were provided with all the basic amenities and the room service was also good. Chef Tarun and chef Yoginder Sharma provided us w amazing food taste and according we liked. We loved being here. Aastha also hosted us really well and was sweet to us

Excellent stay,at this club Mahindra property in Mashobra. Good location,rooms are slightly old,nice food,lot many activities to engage kids.Manisha from F&B was very courteous & made stay for my family very comfortable.Would love to visit again.

It was an excellent experience with great hospitality and my time with hostess Miss Manisha Roulta was great, she was very helping and supportive throughout our stay here. We loved it! The food was really delicious and looking forward to come once more and experience it. The stay was wonderful relaxing. Nicely placed in the foothills of Mashobra. With its range of amenities, including comfortable accommodations, recreational activities, and excellent service, it's a great place to relax and enjoy nature.
