I recently stayed at hotel white pearl in chail and would like to share my experience. Location: the location of the hotel is fairly convenient, situated near the main market of chail. This made it easy to access local shops and attractions within the town. Food quality: the food quality at the hotel was average. I dined at the hotel restaurant once, but the experience was underwhelming, and i chose not to order from there again. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of taste and presentation. Cleanliness and hygiene: one of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel restaurant. The restaurant was full of house flies and bugs, which made dining there quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, this problem wasn't confined to the restaurant alone; the bugs were present in the rooms on different floors as well, which was quite distressing. Power outage: during my stay, there was a power cut that lasted about 20 minutes. To make matters worse, the intercom system was not working during this time, which left us without any means of communication with the hotel staff. This was a significant inconvenience and highlighted a need for better maintenance and contingency planning. Overall experience: while the hotel's location is advantageous, the issues with food quality, hygiene, and basic utilities significantly detracted from my stay. The presence of bugs and the lack of proper response during the power outage were particularly troubling. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to improve the experience for future guests.
