Excellent location, clean and compact room. Very warm front desk staff especially Ms Matalie, her cheerful and helpful attitude really makes the stay very pleasant indeed

Housekeeping was superb. Clean room everday. Location is unbeatable. However, frint desk (Cici) was cold and lacks customer servicr. We were unsure if she was ready to serve/check us in bevause she was looking as the screen the whole time and avoids eye contact too. She also has a difficult time conversing in English ane makes little effort to communicate in English so guests have to adjust which is odd since Mocy is an international hotel brand. Apart from this, was good and we’ve enjoyed our stay

Honestly it’s fantastic. I come to Shenzhen several times per month for work and stay here every time. The location is fantastic, the vibe is fun, and most importantly the room is super clean and comfortable. Well worth the price. You really can’t go wrong!
