Wonderful hotel, very calm and sereen and luxurious. There's many shops and restaurants nearby, but I loved the room so much that I stayed in it for most of the time haha. The bed is very comfortable and the bath is great. Service is also excellent.

This hotel is really an oasis. Has the top floor of a strange building. The design is creative. An A+. The service is also great. Has a dedicated elevator. A real jem

Huanongli Hotel (also known as Pastoral Hotel in English) is a beautiful little oasis in the bustling city of Pu’er! Remarkably situated on the rooftop of a historic warehouse or market building, it has been thoughtfully and tastefully designed - and is a lovely place to stay. The hotel is only a stone’s throw from the fascinating Daijia Alley, where some of the oldest buildings in Pu’er can be found - and is also within walking distance of the Tea Celebrities Garden and other landmarks. You can easily take a taxi to the Ancient Tea Horse Road. Our room was really delightful and included a pretty waterside decking area with outdoor furniture. Staff were extremely polite and helpful and breakfast was plentiful and delicious! We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Pu’er.

Love this hotel! Very beautiful and peaceful place

Nice Hotel on the 5th (top) floor. Very nice and helpful reception. The hotel even offered a shuttle service to the train station on our departure day. The hotel is jus a short stroll away from a large food and bar area with everything to enjoy the evening. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a room with terrace to the water side which was quite nice. But be aware that your opposing neighbors will look straight into your full room. So if taking a bath, showering or whatever, close the curtains or allow sneak peeks... The overall breakfast quality was good. Fresh fruit, toast and coffee plus a higher quality standard chinese assortment. Sadly however, not even close to the picture promise. All in all, I would come back again if I planned another stay in Pu'er :)

This is a wonderful hotel. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms; a peaceful oasis. Several little touches that are well thought out and practical. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The restaurant wasn’t open for dinner, but there are lots of places around where one can eat or you can order in. Highly recommend.
