Meine Freundin und ich haben uns mit einigen ihrer Freunde getroffen, um ihren Geburtstag zu feiern. Da es der Geburtstag meiner Freundin war, hat uns das Hotelpersonal ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad gegeben, das einen perfekten Sitzbereich für unsere beiden Gäste hatte, wo wir alle sitzen und essen, trinken und plaudern konnten. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Bella, Yuki, Jason und Shirley. Danke, dass Sie unseren Kuchen persönlich geliefert haben, anstatt den Roboter zu benutzen, damit unser Kuchen nicht schief wurde. Danke auch, dass Sie sich die Mühe gemacht haben, zum nächsten Supermarkt zu gehen und ein Feuerzeug für uns zu kaufen (wir hatten kein Feuerzeug, um die Kerzen auf dem Kuchen anzuzünden) Bis bald! 😊

This hotel is new and trendy. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. They offer us for late check out as well. Will definitely comeback next time if visit Shenzhen again.

I was happy to stay at the Somerset Qplex SZ.  My stay was long (about 2wks) so I experience different rooms on different floors.  All the rooms were new, clean and well decorated.  The guest lounge and the gym were large (never crowded) and well furnished.  The gym and yoga were well equipped including towel (which was a nice touch).  However, I wish there was a pool.  Also, I found the mattress super hard so I asked for an extra duvet to be place on top, hence the 4 star.  The breakfast was good with buffet style selection and cooking corner to order fresh items.  The coffee was strong (for china) which was good surprise.   The location, while there isn't train station nearby but everything is a short didi ride away.  I can walk to OCT within 20-30min which is nice.   The hotel is next to Qplex shopping center which has a good variety, from cheap (local bun shop, Subways, Macdonald) to middle to luxury restaurants and coffee shops.    I can easily satisfy most of my meals within the mall which is very convenient.   There are couple of massage place nearby too.  Best of all was the staff.  Everyone I met (from front desk, to cleaning crew to security) was so kind and helpful.  I needed a very specific regulatory documentation  and they went above and beyond to help me.  I like to shout out to Jason, Feya and Jaycee for making my stay such a pleasant experience. Would I stay here again: yes 100%. Would I recommend to a friend: yes 100%.   

The third time we stayed there. Will keep coming back. Everything is simply excellent. They let us delay our check out to 2:00pm.

The stay was beyond our expectations. Front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Special mention to Bella and Miki (I hope I got their names right). The rooms were so comfortable for my 3 generational family. Location is further from Luohu, do take note if you intend to head there. Nothing didi can't solve for a ride.

The stay was awesome with a good scenic view due to being located on higher floors. Good breakfast and facilities. I enjoyed the full kitchen and cookware.

A new business hotel, which's located in Nanshan, Shenzhen. Many taxi drivers do not know where the hotel is. Also, there's no space for you to park the car in front of the hotel lobby, so that you have to carry the luggage from the road outside to the hotel lobby, which's definitely inconvenient. In addition, the bed frame is fairly hard - if you prefer the soft one, this bed frame will definitely make you uncomfortable. The service of the Hotel is just normal, which's not really outstanding. If I come back to Shenzhen again, I will definitely choose another one with better rate.

The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. The location may seemed out of the way from the other parts of Shenzhen town but everything is about 15-20 minutes taxi ride away, however I did enjoy the area as it was located next to a mall (did not explore much but there's mcdonalds, subway and quite some other restaurants; no shopping though) and lots of greenery and open area for kids to run around in the morning. Area is still developing so expect some constructions around (no noise in the apartment). Staffs were friendly and helpful. The only negative feedback I would have is that the toilet clogs easily (guest bathroom).
