Ich war nach Neujahr wieder hier und bekam beim Check-in ein Upgrade auf eine Suite. Vielen Dank an das Personal an der Rezeption. Sie waren so freundlich und höflich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Die Badewanne mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht war super. Ich werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall bald wieder besuchen.

Ich übernachte zum ersten Mal im Shenzhen Airlines International Hotel. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr groß und komfortabel. Ich habe gehört, dass es in den letzten ein bis zwei Jahren renoviert wurde. Daher sind die Zimmer und die Ausstattung sehr warm, neu und komfortabel. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist ebenfalls sehr gut und bietet alles, was man braucht. Obwohl das Restaurant nicht sehr groß ist, wird es gut geführt. Das Fitnessstudio und der Swimmingpool des Hotels gehören zu Prada Fitness, der größten Fitnesskette Shenzhens, was mir sehr gefällt. Außerdem ist der Service des Hotels hervorragend. Von dem Moment an, als ich am Hotel ausstieg und eincheckte, spürte ich die Begeisterung und Professionalität des Hotelpersonals. Das Hotel kann auch einen kostenlosen Abholservice vom Flughafen organisieren, und der Fahrer ist auch sehr höflich. Auch die Verkehrsanbindung des Exception Hotels ist sehr gut, die U-Bahn-Station ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wenn ich in Zukunft nach Shenzhen komme, werde ich das Shenzhen Airlines International Hotel wählen.

I had a wonderful stay at Shenzenair International Hotel. First, I love the incredible gym that I have access to. It's a fully stocked commercial gym which suits me incredibly well. I don't know or think I can find something similar in the area. Secondly the staff has been incredible in helping support my stay. Most particularly Emily, Cherry, and David! Shout out! I will be booking this hotel again, specifically because of these individuals.

I had a wonderful stay at the Shenzhen Air International Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Zoke and Alyssa, and other people outside who went out of their way to assist with my bags. When my flight was delayed for a few hours, the manager graciously allowed me to stay until 3 PM, which made a huge difference. The breakfast was delightful a buffet type with many options, and the gym had everything you could possibly need for a perfect workout. The swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and the airport-themed decor all around added a fun touch to my stay. I truly felt special and cared for here—highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was amazing!!! From the moment you get out of your car, the great service begins. Shout out to front desk agents Dalia and Alyssia and Doorman Zoke, who definitely made the stay a memorable one. They were always attentive and courteous. If I'm ever in Shenzhen again, I'd stay here.

Great location and service, quite room, decent breakfast choices, will definitely return!

When you walk into the room, the blinds are automatically opened for you.  Room is clean. Front desk staff are friendly. Will definitely stay at Shenzhenair International hotel again!

I was impressed with this hotel. While the exterior has a vintage feel, the rooms have been beautifully renovated with ample lighting, making them suitable for children. I was delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade to a higher floor with a stunning sea view. The staff, both at the reception and housekeeping, were excellent. I was especially touched when, the day before our departure, two staff members, 张芷樱 and 蓝图 , surprised my husband with a cake for his birthday. Our family truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Thank you so much!

In general, our stay is nice and good except the extra bed for our 3-adult room is terrible. The mattress for the extra bed is extremely uncomfortable. You can feel the spring coil inside the mattress! We had similar experience about the extra bed for our last time stay two months ago. Really need a change of the mattress! Otherwise, don’t sell 3-adult rooms

Fantastic hotel..the room was just incredible, huge and spacious and very luxurious. The staff was amazing especially the manager who was very helpful. Will definitely come and stay here the next time. To all my indian fellow travelers please remember vegetarian food options in this hotel are close to none. So please do take care of that.

The hotel is located at a great location. The only short fall is that the hotel don't provide all day meals for room services. This is quite bad for those who check-in late at night. Not all have ******* app.

Very convenient location. Well equipped gym room. Excellent swimming pool service.The cafe capacity needs expansion so as to cope with the morning breakfast peak, cos some guests are required to wait for some time or go up to 2/F for Chinese style breakfast if they so wish.

2nd time back to this hotel and still great experience. Elya at front desk reception was helpful to extend late check-out. Good professional gym with indoor pool which I always appreciate. A little walk from metro but still accessible. Location is central without being right in the middle of the crowd which offers some serenity. Housekeeping was very helpful in providing kids amenities. One of my top choice if I want to stay in the area.

Lovely and clean place. Really liked the amenities of the room and the ease of exploring ShenZhen from here. Particularly like how they did up the washroom such that it had the walk in wardrobe effect. Would recommend!
