The location is convenient with lots of food options around, hotel rooms are modern with smart lighting and are really clean. We also had a nice view of the city from the hotel room. The receptionists were incredibly kind, patient and helpful with us.
Would definitely come back to this hotel next time we are in Shenzhen!

Had a week stay in Orange. Hotel is very new with just about 2 months since opening hence cleanliness meets its standards.

This is my fourth time staying in this hotel chain and I especially like the cleanliness of the room, the spacious lobby , the comfortable bed & shower and also the speedy front-desk service. I reserved 2 rooms for this trip and we got 1 room upgraded to a larger size. The breakfast was although not exceptionally delicious but still of high CP value, offering a variety of fresh vegetable and fruit. The hotel was not too close to the Hong Shan MTR station but the neighborhood was very safe even when I walked back late after watching night performance at Hong Shan 6979.

This stay is better than the previous stay. Although perhaps the caliber of the guests were not as good this time. The room next door was smoking and the smoke will travel into your bathroom. People put their shoes into the washing machine and dryer. Another time people probably had a bag of snacking seeds left in their pants and left seeds all over the washing machine and dryer. But that's not really the hotels fault.
