Room is exceptional clean, and very spacious. Bed is very comfortable and location also good with just walking distance to metro station, shopping mall and just next to a nice Chinese (Cantonese style) restaurant. Really value for money !

前台辦理入住未明確説明15.50分入住需19.50分退房…商旅常客住這麼多次酒店了是第一次遇到這麼離譜的事情。
19點40分就瘋狂打電話，在廁所沒接到後遂服務員急切試圖開門[前台爭論該酒店遵循的是兩敲兩應]而非三敲三應。
19.50分左右離房，截圖為19.52在等電梯。
氣到發抖，前台態度非常惡劣，0道歉且企圖pua[我們其他客人都不會像你這樣]？？
正常住離好像是我觸犯了天條👍👌
首先
1.我按照平台時間入住，前台未聲明也無告知，甚至連需繞行玄關後的電梯位置也不指引。
2.我並未超時，在臨期就瘋狂催促多次的酒店，還是華住會的酒店，第一次見，真是開了眼了。

酒店很新，房間也很大，衞生看整體都可以。預定了豪華大床房兩間。由於晚上差不多10點才到店，安排我和朋友的房間雖然同層，但距離很遠，差不多一頭一尾。店員說當房間已滿，能同層已經很好。最後我們唯有要把房間降一級，才能把房間安排在一起。但沒有錢退，但就以延退房作補償。我覺得雖然我比較晚才到店，但我是全費繳交的，而且是一起訂的房間，酒店為何就不能預留安排房間給客人，非得到店才通知，酒店房間緊張，同層只剩餘兩間同等級的房間。這點比另一集團的安排較不專業。本來一肚子氣的，幸好，店員還算耐心和我們作出代替的安排。但這間店性價比都很高，我還會再入住的，不過會盡量早些到店。

桔子酒店一直都是我們期望入住的酒店，今天終於有機會試一試，可惜第一次體驗便出現不愉快的經歷。雖然房間環境、設備及衛生程度也不俗，但酒店始終需要由人去管理，再好的硬件，如管理不善，遊客不會留下好印象。
這間桔子酒店是上年7月開業的，因為是新酒店，今年農曆新年期間，便相約朋友們一次過租住兩間雙床房。入住時間是大年初三，一早去玩，來到酒店登記入住已是晚上9時多。沒想到那麼晚到來登記，酒店前檯職員竟然表示還有一間房還未打掃好。當刻我非常驚訝，便反問他們，正常可入住時間是下午二時後，我們已經時晚上到來，期間竟然沒人打掃清潔？職員表示由於是新年期間，人手嚴重不足，導致清潔時間延後，加上香港旅客前來入住人數仲多，也沒想過生意那麼好，對出現這個情況表示抱歉。
這個解釋我們不太接受，因為酒店應該是知道當天的入住人數去調度人手，如長假會有人手不足的情況便需預先做好準備。旅客晚上才前來多登記入住，身體定必非常疲累，還要旅客等待，絕對不是好的待客之道，希望酒店認真檢討一下。

酒店都好新，房間都好乾淨，舒服。位置都幾好，行落街已經有嘢行有嘢食。大堂有洗手間、行李房、大堂休息地方好大、仲有果茶、咖啡，前台又有桔子，好甜，小朋友們都好鍾意食。有健身室，但只得兩部跑步機，如果有更多種類嘅健身設備就更加好了。
