I recently stayed at Hotel and had an exceptional experience. The staff was welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. My room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning city view. The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city. Overall, The Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for its luxury and top-notch service.

The hotel and my room were clean. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The food was good. I like that it has a laundry facility. The location is a bit far away from public transit.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the high-tech services. A standout moment was when we ordered takeout and it was delivered to our hotel door by a robot—an innovative touch that added to our experience. The hotel room facilities were immaculate, with a unique decor style that made us feel very comfortable. The front desk service was exceptional. Special thanks to the ladies who assisted us with check-in and check-out services on December 13th and 14th. Their professionalism and friendliness were commendable, and we were pleasantly surprised with a practical gift—a 2025 calendar—upon our departure. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and facilities at this hotel. It is definitely worth recommending to anyone looking for a comfortable and modern place to stay.

The hotel has good facilities but obviously lacks maintenance. The sofa in the lobby is stained and the lifts feel dirty. The management is in a mess for both check in process and the breakfast in the restaurant. It seems the staffs are untrained as they just randomly talked about everything loudly in front of guests while keeping them waiting for the check in.The restaurant is understaffed as nobody is cleaning the tables and fixing the sole coffee machine.
