Atour Hotel in Xili Smart Valley Industrial Park, Nanshan District, Shenzhen Bewertungen

We have stayed in 10+ Atour hotels, and feel this one does not justify the current 4.9 rating. First, the positives: the room was clean apart from a few marks on the floor, and the rooms are as advertised apart from one major point (see below). The building has been newly renovated into a hotel so the fittings, furniture and decor are all new. The reception staff were nice, friendly, and responsive, and there are all of the usual Atour facilities like laundry and a fitness room. However, a major issue for us was that the room we booked did not have an external window, despite a “city view” being listed as one of the highlighted features on Trip. The small window in the room looks onto a very small light shaft/inner courtyard. Describing it as a city view is both incorrect and misleading, particularly as this room cost more than the one listed as “no city view”. When contacted by Trip on our behalf, the hotel provided no acknowledgement of the issue - the response that was relayed to us was that the “unified view of the room is the interior view”. Additionally, the breakfast room seems to be too small for the size of the property - we arrived and there were no tables for us to sit at straight away. It also has no windows and feels cramped. Even though it isn’t, it feels like eating underground/in a bunker. The dumplings are held behind the counter in baskets so you can’t help yourself, yet they are cold 🤷♀️ There was also noise late into the night, some of which seemed to be from housekeeping cleaning rooms past midnight, and otherwise from noisy guests in other rooms. The soundproofing isn’t as good as it should be, but there are ear plugs provided. Location wise, the hotel is next to a mall which is currently still being constructed. It is not centrally located so worth making sure the location works for your plans in Shenzhen.

首先要稱讚樓下的客服做得十分好，很友善及熱心，有禮貌。早上11:00早到了酒店，原來要2:00才能入住，客服能馬上隨時變通，看有沒有打掃好的房間先給我，也免費升級高級房間，讓我們可以先上房 入住。 進去房間，房間質素十分好，感覺很溫暖及寧靜。冷氣、溫度也不會吹到頭頂，靜音，整個晚上都睡得很好。

服務非常好，房間收拾的也很乾凈啊，衹是房間特別吵沒法睡覺，如果安換了個房間，後來就不吵了。下半夜休息的不錯。 設施非常現代化，尤其是早餐，還有當地的特色非常美味。 周圍的小吃也很多，交通方便。還配備了空氣凈化器。

踏入房間的瞬間，清新之感撲面而來，屋內整潔如新，沒有一絲異味 ，讓人倍感舒適。酒店的早餐品類豐富，中西式美食一應俱全，能滿足不同人的口味需求。令人驚喜的是，健身房與餐廳處於同一樓層，極大地節省了時間與精力，且兩處皆打掃得一塵不染，汗味更是蹤跡全無。 大堂、走廊、電梯口，皆縈繞着淡雅的香薰氣息，恰到好處的芬芳，為每一次路過增添了愜意。夜幕降臨，晚上宵夜也很好吃，一口下去，滿滿的幸福感。 酒店的服務人員熱情周到，辦理髮票時迅速又準確，退房時還貼心地送上暖心水。這次入住體驗堪稱完美，強烈推薦！

大廳：出差過來的，大廳提供茶水，也有插座、辦公桌椅和沙發，很明亮，能滿足臨時辦公需求～ 房間：入住時弄錯了房卡和取電卡，工作人員馬上就幫忙解決了，大床房很舒適，房間也很安靜～ 早餐：早餐是選擇挺多的，有特色的河粉，這個是現點現做的，餐後水果、沙拉等也一應俱全～ 服務：酒店提供健身房，但是我懶並沒有去😹還有免費洗衣服務，這個是我們出差的首選，特別方便～ 交通：酒店離地鐵站和公交站都很近，偶爾出去走一走很方便～ PS：重點説一下大廳裏的書架，有我之前在書店裡看到想買但又覺得貴沒買的書！還有集章，自己拿了一本🦊封面的，很可愛～

酒店服務特別好，可以借充電線。訂外賣的時候需要注意，因為有很多家名字差不多的亞朵，如果訂錯了就需要叫跑腿了。 房間乾淨整潔，淋浴間也很舒服。沒有嚐到早餐，但健身房非常實用，大堂也有圖書供借閲。

第二次來這家酒店入住，今天入住時間比較早，酒店説我預訂的房間還沒出來，我就提了句前兩天剛在這住過，前台詢問我上次入住怎麼樣，簡單提了幾個小問題，前台那反應可快了，立馬説給我房間升級，這服務真是太貼心了，前台的妹子不僅服務周到，介紹酒店的各種設施和服務也特別詳細，必須給個大大的贊，再説説這房間，升級後的房間有外窗，通風那叫一個好呀，而且隔音效果也超棒，晚上睡覺可安靜了，冰箱裏竟然還放着我喜歡的亞朵村的茶，這小細節真的太戳我了，跟上次入住的房間比，這次的配置明顯更好，果然貴有貴的道理呀。還有哦，晚上的宵夜有我超愛的小籠包，早上的早餐有我喜歡的蒸南瓜，這也太懂我了吧，衞生方面更是沒得説，比上次好太多了，我就入住的時候跟前台小妹提了一嘴，估計她們又交代客房重新檢查了，這執行力槓槓的呀，對了，上次我還誤會酒店沒有洗澡拖鞋呢，這次才知道原來可以跟前台借用，哎呀，真是不好意思，整體來説，這次在這家酒店住得特別舒服，性價比超高的，強烈推薦大家來住。衞生：乾淨 環境：可以 服務：很好 設施：很新。

這次入住亞朵酒店，體驗簡直太棒了，必須給個大大的好評！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了工作人員的熱情與專業，無論是前台的接待，還是客房服務人員，都讓人如沐春風，真正做到了賓至如歸236。房間的設計簡約時尚，空間佈局合理，床品柔軟舒適，讓我在疲憊的旅途中能得到充分的休息。衞生間乾淨整潔，洗浴用品質量上乘，熱水供應穩定，給人帶來舒適的使用體驗。酒店的設施也十分齊全，健身房、洗衣房等一應俱全，為我們的出行提供了極大的便利。特別值得一提的是酒店的早餐，種類豐富多樣，既有中式的油條、豆漿、熱菜，又有西式的麪包、牛奶、咖啡，還有各種新鮮的水果和精緻的甜點，味道可口，滿足了不同人的口味需求。總之，亞朵酒店的服務、環境、設施都無可挑剔，下次出行我還會毫不猶豫地選擇亞朵。

這次入住深圳南山智谷亞朵酒店，是我歷來出差中入住過的酒店中感受最好的一次。 我一共入住4天，在第2天晚上，酒店因為電閘故障暫時停電了一下，酒店服務團隊對此突**況的應急預案和安撫工作都做的非常專業到位。 在此我要特別感謝一位叫 索尼 的女生服務人員，她在感受到了我對停電和黑暗的恐懼後，即便當時她已經下班，也還是願意在恢復通電後繼續留下來陪同我在房間裏聊天，直到凌晨我能安然入睡後才悄悄離開。後續2天酒店的服務團隊也都特別照顧我，並且給我免費升級到了最高級的房間。這樣以客人感受為服務第一要義的團隊讓我有了賓至如歸的感覺。 最後，我再次感激當天晚上的所有工作人員。後續再次出差深圳，我還是會繼續選擇入住亞朵深圳南山智谷酒店！
