I had a wonderful stay at Cheval Thorney Court apartments. Staff at reception were all fantastic, especially Balwant Craig and Alex and Carmen in Housekeeping, can’t wait to come back again, special mention to Jacek. Love it.

非常好的酒店，寸土寸金的倫敦可以住130多平的房間，真的是很奢侈，而且價格非常合理噢。房間寬敞床品舒適設施齊備，電器全部都是美諾，洗碗機，烤箱，洗衣烘乾一體機等，餐具質感一流，一應俱全，身處異國他鄉能有如此完備的配置真是滿意的很。之前在網上看評論，説是信用卡按金退還的比較慢，check in時候特地問了一下，原來是可以付現金的，這樣退房時就可以直接返回了，絲滑的很。特別感謝Craig，Balumr，Adon，Carmer，對我們熱情的照顧。對了，廚房如下圖還準備了好多方便麪零食麪包等，冰箱裏有牛奶蘇打水cheese雞肉香腸，真的吃不完。出門步行幾分鐘就可以到達肯辛頓公園，肯辛頓與海德公園挨着，草坪小湖泊，可以看見很多的天鵝還有小松鼠，入住的四天每天都會去散步很愜意。真心推薦！

酒店位於海德公園對面，房間很大，很乾凈，很整潔，客服很熱情臨走的時候還送了我愛吃的巧克力，下次來還會入住該品牌酒店公寓

我們一家七口訂的是三卧加床，酒店很爽氣的直接升級到四卧。寸土寸金的倫敦市中心居然能住到那麼大的房間，簡直是中大獎。過條馬路就是海德公園，酒店出門左轉過一個路口就有超市，非常方便。唯一不便的是衞生間沒有插座，衹能去客廳吹頭髮，建議出行帶上便攜化粧鏡

這個酒店真是太棒太棒太棒了，兩居室超級大，估計有200平，裝修豪華，位置又安靜，鬧中取靜 還準備了不少吃的。既有酒店的服務，又有公寓的便利和舒適，總之超級推薦

太滿意啦！兩室一廳的格局，三個衞生間，客廳夠大，廚房設施齊全，入住了四天，從超市買了一些食物，早餐自己做。出門就是車站，交通也很方便。緊挨着肯辛頓公園，周邊使館區，相對安全。下次還會選擇這裏。

這個酒店我是第一次入住，説實話真的是驚艷到我了，我在攜程上看到它的時候就覺得很不錯，沒想到是超乎我想象的好，在倫敦我住過的酒店當中是最好的，沒有之一，就是唯一最好的，在倫敦這個寸土寸金的地方能有一個這麼大的房間住真的是太幸福了，首先我們來説地理位置，出門不遠就有地鐵站，附近有帝國理工大學、皇家藝術學院、皇家音樂學院，大學附近有三個博物館，維多利亞阿爾伯特博物館、自然歷史博物館、科學博物館，正馬路對面就是肯辛頓公園和海德公園，附近商圈也很多。其次再來説酒店公寓，大堂沒有那麼誇張但是很質樸，酒店裡麪的房間每個都有衞生間，房間和房間之間相隔不會互相打擾、陽台上就可以看到肯辛頓宮，坐在陽台上喝茶都非常愜意，廚房和洗衣房的電器全部都是西門子的，酒店還貼心的為我們準備了食物籃，冰箱裏都配備了飲料、氣泡水、牛奶、雞蛋等，所有的洗護用品都是歐舒丹的。再其次就是酒店的服務，酒店的每一個工作人員都是非常熱情認真的服務住户，熱心的為你解答任何一個問題，房間的衞生是天天為你細心打掃，連我們買的jelly cat玩具都幫我們整整齊齊的擺放，每一個細節都處理的非常完美，是我在倫敦住的體驗感最好的酒店公寓，以往出行旅遊也沒地方洗衣服，要去找洗衣房也很麻煩，這個酒店為你解決了所有的不便。讓你出門在外感受到家一般的温馨，我感謝這個酒店的所有工作人員，期待下一次的入住還能感受到你們的極致服務！

房間很大，所有設施均齊全，乾淨，温馨，對面就是海德公園，公寓周圍是使館區很安全，自帶廚房，可以自己做飯，附近有便利店，很方便，酒店接待人員很熱情。去大英博物館的話，需要乘坐地鐵，科技館和自然歷史博物館都可以走路到。倫敦2月份經常下雨，需要帶雨傘。總之，在倫敦2天的行程裏，這個公寓讓我們有家的感覺，很安心！

公寓非常寬敞，舒適，乾淨，設備齊全，前台和保潔服務都很好和友善，樓下就是公園，走路去High St Ken很多超市餐廳和商店很方便。因為這次體驗非常滿意，很快就會也試試其他Cheval的公寓。

非常物超所值的酒店，就在肯辛頓宮對面，因為到的早，酒店很nice的幫忙看能不能提前入住，結果1點就電話通知我可以提前入住。房間非常的大，並且很意外的有非常美的餐廳，還有個更大的驚喜，有個超大的露台。同時酒店準備了超級豐富的點心禮籃以及冰箱裏滿滿的果汁，雞蛋，火腿，非常開心。洗浴用品是全套的歐舒丹系列。

首先這個酒店佔據了絕佳的地理位置，過條馬路就是海德公園，500米就是肯辛頓宮，裹件晨袍下樓就可以喂鴿子喂天鵝，松鼠海鷗都不怕人，酒店的套房面積在倫敦一堆老破小酒店裡也是鶴立雞羣，物超所值，酒店距離肯辛頓高街步行僅5分鐘，吃飯喝咖啡購物都非常方便，最最重要的是酒店在倫敦治安最好的區域，晚上也可以安心出門溜達。

非常滿意。酒店式公寓不同於酒店，沒有在大堂和附屬設施上花費太多，接待處簡簡單單。貴在房間寬敞，就像自己的家，可以做飯洗衣，方便極了。原本訂了一間雙人套房，結果直接給升級了三卧室套房，200多平方，大客廳，6人餐廳，洗手間有四個，每人一間卧室。其實兩卧室套房已經非常寬敞了，算是一個意外驚喜吧。
