Basic facilities expected of a Ibiz business hotel. Room kind of small but working condition. Breakfast is a bit of a let down on the setting and variety, but the price justified it. You need to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the breakfast area - extra challenging during winter!"

SSona ChichyanI had a wonderful stay at the Romantic Diamond Blue Hotel in Shenyang! The staff were incredibly helpful and made the experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The room was exactly like in the pictures — stylish, clean, and cozy. I especially appreciated the complimentary soda drinks and the spacious, comfortable bathtub — perfect for relaxing after a day out.
The cleanliness of the entire hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast was a real highlight! There was a wide variety of options, blending both Western and Chinese dishes, so there’s something for everyone. It’s the perfect spot if you want comfort, style, and great service all in one place. Highly recommended!

During our stay at Conrad Shenyang, the exceptional service truly impressed us. While the hotel’s location, facilities, and stunning views are fantastic, it’s the thoughtful care from the staff that made our visit unforgettable.
When my daughter fell ill and missed breakfast, Room Division Manager Robert kindly set aside some bread for her. The Front Office Guest Services Manager helped arrange medication and even coordinated with the restaurant to prepare millet porridge outside regular hours.
Special thanks to Night Guest Services Manager Tom and his team, who went out of their way to assist us with an urgent matter involving local government. Their care made us, as overseas Chinese, feel truly at home.
This wonderful experience has deepened our love for China. We are very grateful and highly recommend Conrad Shenyang to all travelers.

LLyn888Ich ging nach Shenyang für ein persönliches Geschäft. Ich buchte dieses Hotel, weil es in der Nähe des Ortes, den ich gehen muss. Erschwingliche und gute Einrichtungen. Es gibt Wasserflaschen im Halle für Komfort. Das Frühstück ist ok für seinen Preis. Das Personal ist hilfreich, auch wenn wir übersetzer Apps verwenden mussten. Ich habe trip.com Belohnungen, so dass wir spät überprüfen können, was ein Plus ist, wie wir müde waren und wir können vor unserer Rückreise ausruhen. Das einzige, was ich nicht mag, ist, dass der Air-Con zu laut ist in der Nacht, was zu schlechten Schlafen beigetragen hat. Es ist gut für den Preis.

Our room was spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable. The efficient layout maximized the space so well that it felt much larger than expected—a clever design that left us truly impressed. Despite the hotel’s prime location in the heart of the city, the room was blissfully quiet.
One thoughtful feature we especially appreciated was the self-service laundry facility. The machines were top-notch, making it incredibly easy to freshen up our clothes mid-trip.
The hotel location is what truly sets this hotel apart. Situated right on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, we were steps away from all the action, with iconic attractions like Mukden Palace and Zhang Mansion just a short walk away. Evenings were a highlight for us—taking the escalator down from the hotel and immediately stepping into the vibrant street atmosphere was such a treat.
This hotel offers incredible value for money, seamlessly combining comfort, convenience, and a prime location. It’s a gem we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the area—we couldn’t have asked for more!

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was struck by its modern interior. The lobby was well - designed, with sleek lines and contemporary decor elements. It was a refreshing change from the often - stuffy and traditional hotel lobbies. The use of light colors and minimalistic furniture created an open and airy feel, setting a positive tone for my entire stay.
My room was a haven of cleanliness. Every surface, from the floors to the tabletops, was immaculately clean. The bedding was soft and fresh, and the pillows provided just the right amount of support. The bathroom was equally spotless, with modern fixtures and a well - maintained shower area. It was evident that the hotel staff took great pride in keeping the premises clean.
However, the real standout feature of this hotel is its airport drop - off service. I had an early - morning flight, and I was dreading the hassle of finding transportation at such an ungodly hour. But thanks to Yunshangju's reliable drop - off service, I didn't have to worry about a thing. The service was prompt, and the driver was friendly and professional. They made sure I reached the airport in plenty of time for my flight, allowing me to start my journey with peace of mind.

VVSTGood location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too.
The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries.
In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China.
The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet.
We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.

GGastnutzerLocation: If you want to stay in a reasonably priced, brand-name, chain hotel close to the palace, right next to a subway station, or if you feel young and want to be in the middle of the big city action with bright lights, crowd, food joints, shoppings galore and all, this hotel is a great choice. Perhaps these are why hotel seems to attract a lot of customers (many group bookings). Room's big, quiet, and comfortable with city skyline (and palatial grounds) view and comes with expected amenities and features. (The big screen TV has many selections, even CGTN English news and documentary channels^) Staff: Fantastic and motivated, all working as efficiently as possible, given constraints posed by the constantly heavy customer traffic and turnover rate, and eager to accommodate customers' needs. Special mention goes to Mr. Kevin Lee, Mr. Kang and others at the reception for their proactive hotelier courtesy, rising above language barrier, and their patience dealing with all types of customers. Excellent breakfast in quality, variety and taste - better than those in most other chain hotels in China. Lastly, I've read the reviews on this hotel before coming to stay. There now are 3 elevators serving all floors, and, yes, breakfast still tends to be congested. But, just remember that this is an ageing, busy, hotel attracting a lot of customers (of various educational levels and manners) at the heart of the most popular tourist center, not a luxury resort that comes with commensurate premium in price. Best bang for the buck, if the described hotel conditions are right for you!
