Sehr gepflegtes sauberes Hotel, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal . Frühstück eher chinesisch, aber sehr lecker. Aber auch für den westlichen Gaumen wird hier jeder fündig. Lage sehr gut, Küchenausstattung etwas gering.

Es liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und bietet gute Verkehrsanbindungen. Unten befindet sich die Taiyuan-Straße. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstücksangebot ist reichhaltig. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum ist sehr freundlich. Sehr gut geeignet für Familienreisen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist recht gut. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und des Busbahnhofs. Es ist bequem zu reisen. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und die Ausstattung ist vollständig, einschließlich Kochutensilien und Geschirr. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und hat eine große Auswahl. Schließlich verdient Frau Cai, das Personal an der Rezeption, Lob für ihre Serviceeinstellung. Sehr nett und versteht die Bedürfnisse der Kunden!

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, die Sauberkeit ist insgesamt in Ordnung und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis kann als sehr hoch bezeichnet werden. Das Einzige, was nicht gut ist, ist, dass ich gesehen habe, dass die Waschmaschine im Zimmer eine Trocknungsfunktion hat, also habe ich die Kleidung gewaschen, aber sie wurde nicht getrocknet. Nach dem zweimaligen Trocknen hintereinander war sie noch nass. Ich musste sie nehmen Ich ließ es trocknen, und am Ende konnte ich nur noch nasse Kleidung anziehen.

We had a wonderful stay recently. The reception staff was very helpful and even took the trouble to use her phone to check the direction to Xita from the hotel. She even led us for part of the way to ensure that we got the direction right. We booked a 2 bedroom but was given only 2 breakfast and the staff was kind to add on free breakfast for all 4 of us. We really appreciated the kind gesture. Staff at the breakfast place was also friendly and helpful. The apartment had a washing machine which was the main reason why we booked it and it really came in handy. Washing powder was also provided. However, the dryer function could be improved as it took a long time for the clothes to dry since the machine is a 2 in 1.

Amenities well maintained, location is favourable, and the receptions are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. I will definitely stay here again!

Highly recommended, especially for group travellers or families! The condo-style unit was incredibly spacious, clean, and super comfortable — we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The front desk staff? Absolutely amazing. I had more than 10 parcels sent there before our arrival (yes, pre-trip online taobao shopping 🙈), and they had them neatly arranged on a trolley, ready to be sent to our room the moment we checked in. Talk about thoughtful service! Breakfast was more than enough — good variety and fresh every day. On days we skipped the buffet to visit the morning market, the staff even prepared drinks, fruits, and sandwiches for us to take on the go. Such a kind touch! Overall, we felt really well taken care of. Clean space, warm service, and great hospitality. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. 💯

The location of this place is very good because it is v near to Shenyang Station and also near to Taiyuan Street. The breakfast buffet here is 100/100. The menu changed everyday which surprised me!! Cleanliness of the hotel can be improved. The facilities are rather old and there is a moldy smell in the room. We stayed at level 26 and booked a family room with two bathrooms which is great for us. However, the water from the common shower room can be hot and cold while you are showering giving us a shock every time we shower. It could be v cold, and it could be v hot after a while without adjustment. We are unsure what the issue was. We were only staying for 3 nights hence it didn't bother us to inform the front desk. The door was spoilt, unable to close the shower room door as well. Please look into it if possible. One thing to surface, we felt differential treatment from the front desk. We were in a lift with a Caucasian family, and we exited the lift together. The Caucasian family exited the place with the staff greeted VERY happily in english "GOOOOOOOD MORNING" so loudly that we were able to hear it. When the same staff saw us, he literally went from :D to -.- IMMEDIATELY and never greeted us. We would appreciate if the service level were the same to everyone.Service standard should be the same to everyone. We may be able to speak Mandarin and look Chinese but doesn't mean we are local.

The hotel is very clean and large. And all staff is kind👍 I have really good time here❤️😊
