Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ist in Ordnung, der Service ist in Ordnung, aber die Hygiene im Zimmer ist wirklich besorgniserregend. Ich habe zwei Doppelzimmer gebucht. In jedem Zimmer waren große Spinnen in der Badewanne und in der Badewanne waren Fliegen und Schmetterlinge Zimmer. Die Bettwäsche war dreckig. Blutflecken und Schmutz, kein Wasser in der Badewanne und überall im Zimmer drang Zugluft.

I would not recommend a stay in this hotel. The room is filthy - all rooms have carpet. Carpet had bugs, cobwebs, hair, dirt. The room was freezing, the heating unit is poor. The shower had only room temperature water, no hot water. We couldn’t shower because it was so cold. The breakfast was terrible. They did not ask if we wanted the western or Chinese breakfast and assumed since we are foreign we’d like the stale bread with a slice of tomato and lettuce. When I asked about a refund, they said they had provided the service and weren’t able to refund. After pointing out how the service they provided was a flat out lie - no hot water, dirty rooms - they offered 50% refund. I negotiated up to 70%. I shouldn’t have had to do negotiate. They apologized profusely and acknowledged they didn’t provide the service they were supposed to but were unwilling to refund the full amount. I told TRIP.com this hotel should not be listed anymore. It is unhygienic. Do not stay here.

Beautiful ******* style hotel in the Shangri-la old town. We had an amazing view of the Dafo Temple and Prayer Wheel. Jackie speaks perfect English and was so helpful with booking transportation, recommending restaurants and experiences, and even getting up super early to make sure we had a nice breakfast before a 6:30am airport departure! The breakfast was delicious and the service outstanding! Charming rooms and lobby with cool ******* artwork. We’re definitely coming back soon!

We spent 2 nights in Dukesong, Shangri-la. The hotel has a beautiful entrance. We chose the room on the last floor. The room has a private balcony with an amazing view. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, just a low pressure in the shower. Good breakfast. The lady at the front desk is really kind. When we arrived in Shangri-la she came to pick us up cause we got lost.

The hotel is located on the outskirt of old town and accessible by car making it very convenient. It is about 10 mins walk from old town square. The hotel room is equipped with a/c unit and portable heater is provided when we stayed in November.
Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is simple but nice and service is great and family-like..

房子風格好喜歡，古樸典雅，附帶個寬闊的院子。大廳有個烤火爐子，過來是冬天，一天黑就擱這取暖喝茶，烤橘子。房間夠大，還有浴缸，梳子護髮素都齊全的，採光槓槓的，窗外風景絕佳。老闆笑容熱情，幫忙拿行李，晚上還煮紅糖薑茶請我們喝。
這邊靠近古城北門東門，交通方便的，走五到十分鐘就能到公交站，2塊錢直達松贊林寺，或者到東門口的法院坐15塊的客車直達普達措。旁邊是龜山公園，和最大的轉經筒，旅遊旺季人山人海昂。
