Nicht existent. Wir kommen im Hotel an und es stellt sich heraus, dass es geschlossen ist (ohne vorherige Ankündigung, E-Mail oder ähnliches). Ein Zettel an der Tür fordert Sie auf, eine slowenische Nummer anzurufen oder eine E-Mail zu senden, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten. Als wir anriefen, teilten sie uns mit, dass das Hotel, in das sie uns als „Ersatz“ geschickt hatten, 18 Autominuten vom Zentrum von Maribor entfernt, mitten im Berg, sei. Wir buchten ein Hotel im Stadtzentrum für eine Übernachtung und mussten am Ende mehr als 20 Minuten mit dem Auto aus der Stadt fahren (und Gott sei Dank hatten wir ein Auto). Das einzig Positive ist die Ausstattung des Ersatzhotels (Hotel Arena), die sehr gut war, alles sehr sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Aber in einem reservierten Hotel anzukommen und es ohne Vorankündigung schließen zu lassen, macht keinen Sinn.

Die Lage war großartig, in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs, des Bahnhofs Maribor und der Touristenattraktionen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Unterwegs wurde ich krank, aber dank dieses Hotels konnte ich mich entspannen und mein Gesundheitszustand normalisierte sich wieder. Ich würde gerne wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Maribor komme.

Das Hotel liegt nahe dem Bahnhof und der historischen Innenstadt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet. Mein Zimmer war wohl recht neu renoviert, das Hotel selbst war wohl bis vor kurzem vom Accor als Mercure Maribor vermarktet worden. Mein Zimmer war sehr klein, aber für eine Nacht o.k.. Das Frühstück war für ein vielfältig und lecker. Nettes Standardhotel.

The hotel has been refurbished since my previous stay.I liked the 1980s styling of the reception and breakfast areas,but this is now replaced by cheaper materials which may suit more “ modern” tastes,but is in no clear sense an improvement.My room (large;a suite) had however,undergone a definite upgrade ,with new carpet and bathroom fittings.I was very pleased to have a large bath and really useful basin.The excellent wardrobe and other furniture had survived the re-vamp. The new beds were long and comfortable,although the sheets were too small.Likewise,the provision of towels was a little sparse. There was a fridge ( empty) ,and effective air conditioning.I was surprised not to find a kettle or coffee machine in a four star hotel. Breakfast was of a good standard in all respects. Service at other times was a little lacking.There was a bar,but with restricted hours,and no source of hot drinks in the evening. With some management changes this could be an excellent hotel,especially in view of the pleasant quiet location near the delightful walk up Piramida Hill.

This Hotel is not worth 4 stars. It is old, the rooms smell, the air conditioning is noisy and barely working, the bathroom on the 6th floor is so small that you can barely use the toilet.... We book a room for two and were given ONLY one towel. Breakfast is poor in a smelly area/restaurant and has low quality products. Having to pay even for the parking taking into account the poor quality of the hotel and service that it offers is another poor service provided. The ladies from reception are not friendly at all. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the center.

being on the way to Italy we stopped here and we had a clean hotel with spacious rooms and a very interesting and huge bathroom. the breakfast is good and quite variated and we never expected such a good experience. rather quite place against the city center as it was advertised, the staff was nice and we got an upgrade as we arrived by midnight. good rates for the accommodation for Slovenia. worth to keep in mind.

We stayed in this Hotel for 1 night at the start of our Coach Tour. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and more than adequate for our needs. We had a buffet dinner which was very nice, plenty of choice and the food was replenished when necessary. Breakfast is also buffet style with plenty of choice. The Hotel is a short walk from the centre of town and very convenient.

I’ve stayed at this hotel years ago, and since then it has gone through a renovation. Stayed here for three nights while visiting family in Maribor. The front desk staff are great - the night of my arrival, the receptionist was waiting for me! Rooms are basic but have everything that you need. Note, the shower pressure which is usually something I complain about in hotels was fantastic! Lots of power ports, etc, but the room did not have a desk if you would like to work from the room. Breakfast was awesome and had more than enough variety for most. I’m an extremely light sleeper so I found some noise did carry through the hotel, but I find that in most places. The only complaint I would have is that the cost of parking was slightly high for Maribor.

The hotel is nicely located, just across the street from the City Centre, and a short walk to the river promenade. The neighbourhood is quite, clean and safe. The hotel furniture and amenities are quite practical and adequate. The included breakfast is well stocked with good variety. The only question is the charge of 10 Euro for parking your car there, while there are ample of street parking right next to the hotel.

Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Nous y sommes restés 2 nuits. Le ménage, les lits et serviettes n'ont pas été changés. Chambre petite. Petits déjeuners corrects. Les dîners dignes d'une cantine. Par contre, très bien placé près du centre et des quais.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti durante un mototour di Mototuristi in Viaggio. La Strttura è molto bella, personale disponibile e cordiale, camere molto ampie e pulite, ristorazione impeccabile sia nella cena che nella colazione. Nel complesso una buona struttura a due passi dal centro citta. Consigliata !

Hotel in buona posizione che permette di raggiungere a piedi il centro città. Stanze spaziose, curate e pulite. Comodo parcheggio (a pagamento). Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'hotel dove abbiamo trovato un'ottima qualità e un buon servizio, con prezzi nella media.
