The host is nice. The hotel is very basic. Soundproof system is not as good because theres alot of different noises coming from the streets and corridor and upstairs. The location is up on the hill, which is abit difficult to climb at high altitude.

The room was so clean when I stayed there and the owner she took care of us very good. And also if who comes to stay at here I would like to recommend her homemade hotpot. All ingredients selected by her and taste was so wonderful beef flavor full on my mouth. You must try!!!!!!!

Clean room decorated in ******* style, which is very nice. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and informative. She recommended attractions, restaurants and even called taxi for us which is very convenient. Overall we are very impressed.

One of the Best guesthouse we have been so far in China. It's a typical ******* room and we have been upgrade for free with an amazing room. We even had a heater wich was a first in China. Also, the reception's woman is just AMAZING!! She speaks a perfect english, helped us a lot to plan our trip, recommended us various activities and even booked a ride for us. You must go there while you stay in Shangri-La!

I had a great stay! The highlight for me was the heated bed so I slept well! Claudia help me with everything I need during my stay in Shangri-La. They picked me up and help me with my bags. Though there were some issues with the hotel that’s out of the hotels’ control they made sure that I have a great stay.

The best stay ever! Not only the hotel is clean and located in peaceful area(but the very close to the center), but also the owner is the coolest woman with great hospitality and great mind I’ve ever met. She kindly took me to local places, recommended some good hiking routes, even prepared for breakfast and snacks! Her story was truly inspiring and it’s the voice to be heard. She speaks good English and helped me a lot to understand the region and ******* culture. I strongly recommend this hotel and do hope that many people have a chance to be part of the community she is cultivating!

由於航班和高鐵的時間問題，到達客棧已經是深夜了。天氣寒冷，老闆還是幫我把箱子提進了房間，房間乾淨整潔，老闆非常耐心的給我介紹附近景點，微信給我發了很多注意事項，看我穿着單薄也貼心的為我打開了電暖器，讓我非常的感動。 由於本人玩心比較重，住的兩天都是凌晨才回😓，老闆也沒忘提醒我打值班人員的電話開門。非常非常的不好意思，總是影響到店員的休息，在這裏鄭重的道個歉🤭。 還有那衹狗狗，一開始還是挺害怕不敢接近，但是後來發現並沒有惡意哦。再次感謝老闆專門幫我拿外賣，有一次忘記鎖門還幫我鎖上了門，下次有機會還會再來的

對於闊折客棧，除了一個好字，其他沒得説。訂的基礎的房間，老闆直接給升級了最大的大床房間。房間乾淨衞生，有電熱毯和暖氣片。老闆做的早餐氂牛餌塊有披薩內味了，肥腸好吃😋 晚飯氂牛火鍋也比外面的真真實在，性價比賊高。也可以和老闆義工們拼飯，同樣很棒。老闆會給出各種出遊建議和方案，有各種問題也會貼心幫忙解決。這裏特別提到老闆推薦的霧時攝影工作室，攝影師真的很棒，性價比也很高。我當時去拍照時差點誤了約定時間，老闆知道後立馬放下筷子，騎電動車把我送到拍照的地方，很暖心。本來衹訂了一晚，後來又一直續住了5天住到了要離開，以後來香格里拉還來，哈哈😄

位置很好 就在古城熱門地標的雪山小廚斜對面 到古城幾個景點和古城walk都非常方便  客棧不大 老宅改造得很有韻味 老闆秉承着環保理念乾淨、衞生又有自己的設計理念 陽台曬太陽就能看到遠處的大佛寺和轉經筒 這view沒誰了 需要單獨誇誇老闆的餐食 竟然吃到了糖醋小排！！！ 還有肉質超好的氂牛火鍋！！！ 聽老闆説是專門選用了來自青海的優質氂牛肉 光肉湯我就喝了不下三碗 還有特地央老闆做的早餐 氂牛肉餌塊卷 具香 離開了還在想念 總之 性價比超高也有人情味的客棧 下次來還會選擇！

連住兩晚，老闆特別好，會積極解決問題，還會做很友好的遊玩推薦。整個小院很有藏族特色，和老闆聊天也有了很多感悟，下一次來香格里拉還住這邊😘

這是一趟香格里拉最完美的體驗。 我帶著我的媽媽和姊姊一同旅遊雲南，查了很久的評論選擇了這家民宿，民宿主人想做環保客棧，所以除了我想體驗的木頭牙刷之外其他的用品皆我們自備，民宿主人還因為這樣送給我們一塊氂牛香皂，是臉都可以洗的手工香皂。 民宿主人也是我們在香格里拉遇到的人當中最努力想實現自己理念的人了，她與合夥人將青海的美景帶進房間，為房間賦予了最美的名字；她將所學的藏傳美食帶給旅客，給旅客充滿回憶的體驗；又將藏傳精神發揚光大，好似香格里拉就是她的故鄉。 她的氂牛火鍋味道一絕，推薦的餐廳讓人念念不忘，聽她口中的香格里拉與藏傳文化都充滿了魅力，讓我現在就想搭一趟飛機再去一次那最後的淨土。 民宿距離鬧區不遠，走5-10分鐘就可開始逛街了，周邊也很多好看的藏服體驗，但民宿主人會推薦一家更傳統、更漂亮的藏服寫真館，保證和路邊的不一樣。 旁邊還有一家博物館，內容也是非常有趣，是非常真實的歷史資料。 房間內雖然不大，但處處充滿溫情，房間的鎖也很不一樣，一定要親自來體驗，鑰匙和鎖都充滿了民宿主人的審美製作而成了，獨一無二。 床也很好躺，甚至還有電熱毯，超級喜歡！大狗狗，也喜歡，更喜歡的是他們的露台，遠眺龜山公園和轉經筒，晚上看著他們閃閃發光宛如天境。 總之，非常推薦住這邊，和民宿主人好好聊聊藏傳文化、享用她的料理、舒服的躺在她精心準備的房間裡休息，和可愛的大狗狗一起享受香格里拉的美好時光。

好完美的客棧！房間很美觀整潔，設施齊全，還有一個美麗的樓頂陽台。客棧位置交通方便又不喧鬧。老闆又nice又chill，會給很多出行飲食等方面的建議，非常照顧住客。如果大家能夠自帶毛巾、牙刷不要求提供的話還可以得到環保獎勵一塊手工氂牛奶皂。總而言之非常完美！
