Airport Pick Up funktioniert leider nicht, da die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel extrem schwierig ist. Es bringt auch nichts sich zu beschweren, da man sowieso nicht verstanden wird. Die Lage ist zwar nahe dem Flughafen, erschwert jedoch die Möglichkeit mit einem Taxi zum Hotel zu kommen erheblich. Ansonsten ist in der Lage nichts, was einen Aufenthalt rechtfertigen würde. TV bzw. Entertainment System funktioniert nicht oder nur für Chinesische Gäste.

Good location inside a small open mall and near WalMart. Clean room.

It’s a good choice if you want to quickly get to Disneyland. The room is clean , nice , bedsheets are clean too , no bad smell, the renovation is a bit old but everything is clean . The staffs are friendly , they have a bus to take you to Disney and back . Very convenient.

The location was very inconvenience even to the airport. Food around the area is average. Was very disappointed there is no fridge in the room. But it is very clean and tidy

The hotel has a free bus to the airport and it takes 20 minutes, with departures at 3:50, 5:00, 5:50 and throughout the day. How to get there? It was very easy thanks to AMAP, the Chinese app for maps: Subway line 2 and very quick connection with bus 615, which stops 300 m from the hotel. I recommend it if you have to take an early flight

The location was in the close vicinity from Pudong Airport while there are enough places near by for food, simple shopping and other necessities. Bus shuttle to the airport was very efficient and no problem to find the bus as well. However the bus number is quite limited depending on the time of the day so it is best to check prior to arrival. The room looked clean and fresh and the bed was fairly comfortable. Overall satisfied with the quality for the cost.

The location is convenient to reach Pudong Airport. The room is very clean and the staffs are extremely helpful. You can also hop on their bus to catch your flight to Pudong airport.

Hotel was fine and staff were great. Issue is that the walls are very thin, so you can hear people slamming doors the entire night. Didn’t sleep well and had an early flight

Booked one night for the free shuttle bus to the airport. Got a room on the second floor, could faintly still hear people on the streets, and could smell people smoking in the other rooms. Not very soundproof as well, woke up a few times to people passing by our room. The hairdryer wasn't working in our room and we requested for a different hairdryer, of which they delivered to us. Generally okay for a one night stay.

About 30 minute bus ride to airport at set times in the morning. Can call the hotel to have someone pick you up from the airport in a decently sized van. Best way into the city is to take a taxi to the nearest metro. If you don't mind longer take the bus into the airport and then take the metro. The room was nice and clean. Slightly on the smaller side but was overall a great stay if you need to be near the airport.

Great hotel. Even though I reached the hotel very late at night, the check-in process was smooth. The shuttle bus to airport is a big plus to reach Pudong within a 25-minute ride.
