Blackstone M+ Hotel, Shanghai

Gegenüber der Shanghai Symphony Hall ist der Raum nicht groß, aber sehr komfortabel und vernünftig gestaltet. Er gefällt mir sehr gut, vor allem die Badewanne ist so bequem. Die Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mich immer wieder daran erinnert, einen Regenschirm mitzubringen (es hat letzte Nacht geregnet). Das Abendessen im Restaurant im ersten Stock war köstlich. Olon Qingyous Lieblingsshampoo und -spülung mit einem sehr frischen Duft und ein Haartrockner von Dyson. Diese besondere Marke möchte ich das nächste Mal ausprobieren. Das Frühstück war zu einfach, es gab praktisch nichts, aber die Nudeln und Spiegeleier waren köstlich. Der schwarze Teebeutel ist die TWG-Baumwollfaden-Version, großartig. Schön ist auch die kostenlose Minibar. Aber ich freute mich mehr auf den Orangensaft. Eine sehr zufriedenstellende Erfahrung. Sowohl das Wohnen als auch das Schlafen waren sehr komfortabel. Die Schallisolierung erschien mir durchschnittlich (man konnte Türen im Flur zuschlagen hören), beim Schlafen im Bett habe ich allerdings nichts gehört. Es ist keine intelligente Toilette, aber sehr praktisch.

Das Hotel liegt im historischen und kulturellen Viertel Hengfu. Es ist modern und exquisit, warm und komfortabel. Das Personal ist bescheiden und freundlich. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden. Abgesehen vom Frühstück ist das Restaurantambiente gut und die Serviceeinstellung gut, aber das Essen ist durchschnittlich.

I recently stayed at Blackstone M+ Hotel in Shanghai, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. While I genuinely appreciate the hotel's intriguing and thoughtfully designed interiors, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness standards and the quality of in-room amenities. Upon checking in, we discovered a large, unused sickness bag left behind the sofa — a clear oversight by the housekeeping team. What was even more surprising was that despite staying for two nights and having daily housekeeping, the sickness bag remained untouched throughout our stay. The overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Thick layers of dust were clearly visible across various surfaces, especially on the lighting fixtures and decorative ornaments, which suggested a lack of attention to detail in the room's upkeep. Although the hotel does provide a Dyson hairdryer, which is a thoughtful touch, it was disappointing to find the unit's filter in the state of dusty and evidently not properly cleaned, diminishing its functionality. Additionally, the generic toiletries provided felt rather underwhelming, especially when compared to the hotel’s above-average room rates. For a hotel that positions itself with such stylish design, I believe greater emphasis on housekeeping and guest comfort would truly elevate the experience. 我最近入住了上海的 Blackstone M+ Hotel，然而这次的住宿体验却令人失望。 酒店的整体设计确实非常有特色，空间氛围也颇具美感，但房间的清洁度和所提供的洗漱用品却与预期严重不符。刚入住时，我们在沙发后发现了一只未使用的呕吐袋，这让人非常意外，也不禁怀疑清洁人员在打扫房间时的疏忽。更令人失望的是，在我们连续两晚的住宿期间，尽管每天都有安排房间清洁，但呕吐袋始终未被发现和清理。 除此之外，房间整体的清洁情况也不理想，房间内多处表面、灯具及装饰品上都明显积有厚厚的灰尘，显然缺乏细致的清洁和维护。 值得肯定的是，酒店配备了 Dyson 吹风机，然而令人遗憾的是，吹风机的隔尘部位也布满灰尘，显然未被妥善清洁，影响了其使用体验。此外，房间内提供的洗漱用品也显得十分普通，与酒店偏高的房价并不匹配。 对于一家设计感十足的酒店来说，若能在客房清洁和细节上投入更多心思，相信能大大提升整体入住体验。

Wonderful boutique hotel near huaihai road, very artsy mixed development. Unparalleled service by hotel staff - they even provided a nice decor and cake for us to celebrate our anniversary :) We also got an upgrade when we shared that we are celebrating our anniversary. Breakfast service was even better, they even asked if we want to takeaway when we could not make it for the last day. Overall, if I could give 10 stars, I would! Definitely be back again!

Very nice boutique hotel full of small details that make the difference, staff was great specially Grace , the hotel manager who was very helpful during my stay. Location was perfect. I will definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to my friends.

We had an amazing stay at Blackstone M+!! The service at the reception and at Breakfast was fabulous. The suite was fantastic with plenty of space for 3 pax. Love the decor and the ammenities. The location is also the best, a short walk to Anfu Lou and a bike ride away from all the nouk and crannies of the French concession. Will Definitely stay here again next time! Love everything about it. Highly recommend.
