LI can’t say enough good things about our stay at this resort—it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The service was beyond outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at all times. They were incredibly polite, thoughtful, and always checked in on us to see if we needed anything. One of the many highlights of our stay was the unexpected upgrade to a larger and more luxurious room. The room itself was stunning—spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The Balmain and Penhaligon’s amenities added a touch of indulgence, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept like babies every night. The food at the restaurant was another standout. Every dish was made with ingredients sourced from their own farm, including freshly harvested rice, vegetables, and even their own meat. The quality and freshness were evident in every bite, making every meal a delight. What truly set this resort apart was the level of care and attention from the staff. Even after we checked out, they surprised us with packed snacks for our long ride back to Shanghai—such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! It’s rare to find this kind of genuine hospitality, where you truly feel like a valued guest rather than just another visitor. The resort itself is massive, offering plenty of space to explore. We loved taking peaceful walks around the lake, breathing in the crisp, fresh air, and simply soaking in the tranquility of the surroundings. It was the perfect escape from city life. Overall, this was one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. The combination of exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, farm-to-table dining, and breathtaking surroundings made for an unforgettable stay. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a truly special getaway!

What an amazing place! We were looking for a quiet retreat to escape the hustle and bustle of Shanghai and it delivered 1000%. Such a beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities, flowers and trees everywhere, making it a pleasure to just stroll around and take time to relax. The staff and owners were wonderful and genuinely nice, making sure that our stay was flawless. The e food proposed by the restaurant is delicious, as well as the breakfast (both set menu and buffet). Since the hotel belongs to the farm, vegetables and such are fresh and local and it tastes! The room (romantic suite) was spacious and super clean with great amenities. We are so looking forward to come back!!

We spent a weekend in one of the villas built around a large water fountain (shallow water) with our three kids. It’s only one and a half hours outside of Shanghai, making it perfect for a relaxing weekend with fresh air and nature surrounding you. Overall, you get more than what you pay for. Here are the highlights: • The hotel is part of a large rice farm (5 km long, 200 m wide). They have a rice museum where you can learn everything about growing rice. • The hotel is spaciously arranged in the middle of the farm, with lawns to play on and ample amenities (gym, pool, etc.). • The food is excellent—super fresh, well-cooked, and of a very high standard. • You can run or bike on and around the farm. There is a forest parallel to the farm with a walkway. Another plus: the staff is super friendly and helpful and many speak excellent English! We can highly recommend this place.

總體來説超五星⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️➕的環境和服務，住在景區裏。每一個細節做的超到位，一種匠人的精神發揮淋漓盡致。 入住：進來辦理入住等待時間有當季薺菜紅棗煮土雞蛋。等候時還有有氣泡水果汁茶和山姆的點心不二家的棒棒糖準備，前台小姐姐看到了我喜歡花還送了花花， 住宿房：盲選的基礎房禾66首先進入房間乾淨簡潔。 迎賓水果：用的是遼寧的美早櫻桃🍒，🍪曲奇餅乾也好吃問了問前台是他們酒店自己烤的，不是很甜，奶香和可可味都很濃郁，（也就代表着可可和黃油選的都是好的沒添加劑）💧酒店用用的是廣西巴馬山泉（就是廣西那個巴馬長壽村） 床品：🛏️因為睡的是真的很舒服，問了問床品是定製的，枕頭和被子全部是最輕的鵝絨，很輕不壓身，枕頭支撐力很強側睡非常棒。💤可惜沒有出售 🥹老闆我們強烈要求購買可以開發一下延伸產品。 🤫偷偷看了床下乾淨的一塵不染一點灰塵沒有，真的是難能可貴。很多酒店這個細節是非常懶惰的❤️❤️❤️ 洗漱用品：用的潘海利根的（英國1870年的老牌子就是🫎🦊獸頭香水很有名的那家）洗手液是巴爾曼的。 梳子都是實木的木梳（已帶走） 我一般帶自己吹風機，這次遇到了的良心酒店帶負離子的飛利浦，好的洗髮水加上好的吹風機，洗完吹完有光澤、不幹不毛糙。完全沒有頂着一頭雞窩出門的苦惱。 房間配備：水吧全免費，不夠可加，電熱水壺是🐯牌的。房間配備了除濕器， 娛樂項：早上參觀大米館，米寶吹泡泡，做崇明糕，青團，畫風箏，挖野草烤紅薯，烤棉花糖，露營下午茶，萌寵互動去餵了養羊，和兔子，羊圈味道敲腦殼，但是看着真的都是很乾凈，🐑餐廳裏吃的羊排。都是他們自己養的。（帶孩子的好地方）。 他們自己有專門的咖啡麪包工坊，下午兩點開始休閑好去處，豆子用的也不錯😁米告是他們自己米粉做的還有大米吐司，門口有顆木綉球十分養眼。整體裝修讓人舒服愜意。 餐飲👍👍👍住遍整個崇明島的酒店，飯菜和早餐基本沒有好吃的，這家吃的我不想走🥹早餐一絕， 中式傳統早餐：豆漿（好喝他家現做的不是沖泡的）、麪、春捲西式，清炒時蔬，還配了🍤蝦仁連最簡單的炒素都用的最鮮嫩的蘆筍尖，多少年沒吃過這麼鮮甜的蘆筍了。杏鮑菇黑椒牛柳牛肉鮮嫩，一點都不敷衍，切的都細緻用心。 西式點心：全都是他們廚房自己做的，不是外面酒店那種統一配送的廉價點心。點心表面的水果都是精挑細選。早餐還會有鰻魚和西班牙火腿，每一小份都配好蜜瓜，不會浪費也省去顧客自己配餐的麻煩🥲太貼心了。 😍早餐極力推薦：自製的大米吐司、招牌越光米飯、自製飯糰。大米吐司會用他們自製的乳酪醬幫你烤好上來，沒有膩！衹有香甜軟糯。遠遠高於有名的北海道吐司。飯糰是小小一顆，料足口味不重，配菜也是專業的酸蘿蔔新鮮黃瓜。 午餐晚餐：餐廳標註評得上黑珍珠以上，選料吃的出的有機味道，餐桌上不會讓你出現閑置的垃圾和空盤子，續水及時，菜品每一道都用心，基本可以盲點（無服務費）。

先感歎一下，住過那麼多酒店，從未有過的極致體驗，週末帶孩子們來崇明放鬆，給大寶慶生，看着排名訂了東禾九穀，懷着試試看的心態，來到地方，豁然開朗，風景秀麗，無論是視覺還是味覺都享受了一次盛宴，從住宿到餐食，在到極致的衞生和服務，還有老闆娘的親力親為，以及參觀了大米館高科技的種植大米，讓我們全家體會到了從未有過的舒適，至少國內外住了那麼多酒店，在我心裏沒有酒店能超越，很多細節需要自己體驗，在此再次感謝酒店的老闆娘及各位員工給予的各種優質服務，期待下次在來😃

不錯的酒店，清明小長假帶小朋友來玩下，負責小朋友活動的哥哥姐姐服務特別好，對小朋友很友善，錯峯出行基本是VIP幾對一的待遇。活動都很有意思，烤雞蛋尋艾草之類的活動其他酒店沒有看到過，小朋友也很喜歡。工作人員知道小朋友生日也會送祝福，餐廳有送蛋糕和長壽麪，非常感謝。酒店整體的生態環境相當好，值得一來，安靜舒服。 提點個人建議：房間設施對學齡前小朋友不太友好。衞生間沒有腳凳，小朋友洗漱不方便。沒有床圍，衹能搬許多椅子。另外酒店大草坪空餘地方其實挺多，可以考慮弄一些小朋友的攀爬架之類的户外設施。另外房間裏的洗護用品給的是小樣，其中護髮素倒起來非常不方便，甩都甩不出，還是按壓的好。
