Ji Hotel (Shanghai Shangcheng Road Metro Station)

Die Serviceeinstellung ist sehr schlecht, der Kellner streitet sich mit den Gästen, ich habe noch nie in einem so schlechten Hotel gewohnt. Das erste neu renovierte Hotelzimmer stinkt etwas. Das zweite Personal ist kompliziert und unsicher. Am nervigsten ist, dass das Hotelzimmer keine Zahnbürste hat. Ich bat ihn, mir eine halbe Stunde lang eine Zahnbürste zu schicken und das Telefonat war besetzt. Ich dachte, der Kellner wäre während der morgendlichen Hauptverkehrszeit beschäftigt, also ging ich es selbst abholen. Es war gut, dass der Kellner auf dem Stuhl lehnte, um am Telefon zu spielen. Dies sollte nicht den Gästen dienen. Ich weiß, dass morgens jeder nach Zahnbürsten sehnt, daher ist die Belegung des Telefons wirklich ein Qualitätsproblem des Hotels. Jeder will also reisen und glücklich sein. Wohnen Sie nicht in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind nicht sauber und sind sehr trendy. Viele Hotels zum gleichen Preis sind besser als dieses. Wenigstens macht es Spaß, abzuhängen. Wenn Sie ein Hotel buchen, können Sie versuchen zu sehen, ob der Anruf am Morgen besetzt ist.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und der Service ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr nett und einladend. Die Gästewaschküche ist sehr sauber und neu. Das Zimmer ist ein bisschen trendy, aber es ist kein großes Problem?

Wenn es 0 Sterne gibt, gebe ich 0 Sterne. Ich habe aus Versehen das falsche Datum eingestellt. Weder Ctrip noch das Hotel hatten Erinnerungen zum Einchecken. Ich habe Ctrip und das Hotel lange kontaktiert und gesagt, es sei eine Frage der Bearbeitung, aber das Datum wurde am Ende nicht geändert. Ich wähle Huazhu seit so vielen Jahren und halte mich diesmal von Huazhu fern

Die Rezeption hat die Check-out-Zeit kostenlos verlängert, vielen Dank, die Hygiene ist großartig, das Check-in-Erlebnis insgesamt ist sehr gut, die Sanitärtanten sind sehr begeistert und die Lage ist sehr gut

U-Bahnstation in ca. 300m Entfernung. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants.

Bed bugs!!! The hall of the hotel is beautiful but rooms are not. Toilet door is not a door at all. Breakfast is not okay either. After one night we decided to change the room, coz windows were small and were somewhere down.

Ad stated that room was a city view room. It wasn't. There was no window, and the only window was into a dark cavity. Even when showed reception their advert they wouldn't accept. Showed other similar dark rooms. There was no city view. They tried every which was to pull the wool over my eyes that city view didn't mean city view. Then asked me to contact trip.com. I did. And the most helpful rep assisted me. The hotel made me wait over an hour in the reception. It was freezing outside and evening time setting in. They demanded yuan 200 extra for two days. I had to agree, to avoid further inconvenience in the evening time. I gave the additional amount. Trip.com advisor was most helpful and supportive and resolved my expense issue by crediting additional trip points. That was excellent. Next day, early in the morning someone started drilling and kept on drilling nearby for hours. I woke up early and had a headache as a result. Went at 7ish to reception to ask what was the issue. They said that drilling was going on in the building and would go on for 2 months. That wasn't stated in their advert that they're was drilling going on and guests wouldn't be about to get full sleep. They offered to move me but at additional cost. I asked why was I being financially penalised after being inconvenienced? Their response was that they weren't responsible for the building work. I had rebooked the hotel earlier for 5 more days. I cancelled that booking and left the hotel for another one via trip.com. Disappointing and unpleasant experience. Wouldn't recommend.

+: The staff is all friendly and ready to help. I like the pragmatic design of the room. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is versatile and delicious. -: The only downside is the noise from all sources: the cars on the street, the water flowing in the pipes of other rooms, the footsteps upstairs, the conversations in the hallway, the TV program in the next room. A noise-canceling headset can be the solution from the traveler's side.

Very satisfied on our 3 days stay, the hotel personnel are very kind and helpful to all our needs. I will definitely come back in this place and recommend to my friends.
