Empfang Sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Koffer werden sofort vom Service übernommen. Das einchecken ist angenehm und wird beim kostenlosen Kaffee erledigt. Zimmer Ein sehr sauberes Zimmer mit.2 Schlafzimmer. Jedes hat sein eigenes Bad gehabt. Waschmaschine und Trockner in diesem Zimmer vorhanden. Im modernen italienischen style gestaltet . Service Zimmer werden täglich gesäubert. Grundsätzlich ist alles sehr ruhig und man wird morgens nicht gestört durch Lärm etc. Auf Anfrage gibt es ein Dämpfbügeleisen oder Handtücher etc. Umgebung People Park gegenüber Bund ca 2km entfernt Metrostation in der nähe Shopping in der nähe Grundsätzlich sehr central Extras Der 6. Stock im OPARTMENT ist OPUS eine Shisha Bar mit Balkon. Es gibt gute Coktails, Beer etc. und hat lange offen .Ein Besuch lohnt sich. Auschecken Grundsätzlich läuft alles reibungslos ab. Beim Taxi oder Didi wird geholfen die Koffer einzuladen. Fazit Das OPARTMENT ist modern , sauber und mit einem hilfsbereiten Service beeindruckend. Einige 5 Sterne Hotels könnten hier was lernen. Das Team muss unbedingt den Standard halten und versuchen zu verbessern. Danke wir kommen auch das 4.mal wieder

Hotel is very beautiful, the attention to details on the heritage renovation is quite amazing. Hotel staffs are all super friendly and helpful, they serve brewed coffee for free in the lobby, and pastries for breakfast. Toiletries in room is also high quality, free drinks and sodas including milk and beers are provided for guests, there’s even a Miele washer/dryer in the toilet with capsule detergent provided for guests to do their laundry. Only downside is there’s no gym in this facility, there’s no safe deposit box in the room too, bed mattress is slightly too hard (would be great if a fluff mattress topper is to be added). Walking distance to many restaurants and a park right opposite, level 6 is a roof top bar which is normally full house on Fridays and weekends.

Wonderful hotel! Exceeded expectations. Service was impeccable - equivalent to any 5 star hotel. Pls keep this up!!

Fantastic stay - great location, very new and updated rooms and the service was very responsive. I was also pleasantly surprised to know they have a partnership with a gym nearby. Would love local recommendations from them too on places to eat and chill.

The service and attention to details from the staff was amazing especially Vicky and Lily. They were very helpful and always happy to help. Could not praise the impeccable service anymore, I mentioned that it was my other half’s birthday and they helped arranged for a room upgrade and decorations which was heart warming (and a birthday t-shirt!!!). Highly recommend this to future friends and family. Thanks again!

I recently stayed at the Opartment Hotel in Shanghai, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city’s major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. just 5-10 min walks The rooms are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches that make the stay comfortable—everything from a well-equipped kitchenette to luxurious bedding. The panoramic city views from the room were simply breathtaking! What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. The staff ( Vicky, 高阿姐） were friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with any requests I can’t wait to return on my next trip to Shanghai!

The best stay ever! Feels so special to stay at well renovated 100+ years old building. All staffs were very friendly (especially Johnny!). We had a lot of inquiries, but they were always happy to help promptly. The classic yet modern interior design and the view from the balcony made whole experience to another level. I would like to visit again next time ❤️

Beautiful hotel at a perfect location. Service was amazing and staff were very nice and helpful. Very easy communication via WeChat. Coffee delivered to your room upon request. Toiletries were Byredo. There is a washing machine which is a really nice surprise. There is a stove and oven (I wish it was a microwave instead though!). Some issues with the bidet but they came quickly to repair it once I informed them on Wechat. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai!

This was a great stay in the middle of Shanghai with great location. Atmosphere was great especially during Christmas season. Rooftop lounge was popular and free coffee was a plus. Lily who hosted our stay was very welcoming.

Had a really good time at the hotel. The front desk staff (Vicky & Lily) were friendly and always ready to help when needed. Room is clean when we checked in & housekeeping did a great job tidying the rooms every day. Not forgetting the other staff that assisted us with the food delivery & parcels. Will highly recommend people to stay here when they visit Shanghai!

The best hotel experience I ever had! I had my dog with me for 3 nights, the rooms are super clean and extremely beautiful! All the Staff all very friendly, especially all the front desk staff - Vicky, Lily, they are super helpful and nice. Always have a smile and asking what they can help. They had prepared a birthday gift for my dog to celebrate! Very sweet and lucky to have such an amazing operation team in this hotel! Opartment is the only hotel that allow dogs that are over 40 kg. The vibe is perfect and I will definitely come back! Thank you Opartment for the awesome experience and thank you for taking good care of my dog!
