Misleading! Be careful with their packages. We booked a package stay which is over RM100 more than room only as it included breakfast for two. In the details section it clearly stated "breakfast for two" under dining and ALSO INCLUDED "grab and go at cheeky grind". when we arrived the hotel told us we are only entitled to grab and go NOT buffet breakfast. The grab and go is a set meal with limited choices for drinks and a pastry or a sandwich (which was bland btw). SO NOT WORTH IT. Other people staying who took the package was mislead too. The manager was not helpful. He told us to contact trip. No compensation whatsoever, didn't try to help us except send an email. Customer service won't help you. Trip customer service will go around in circles but won't help either. Overall customer service sucks. Location is ok. One of the nicer hotels in genting. We got level 24, we were surrounded by clouds which is nice. Superior deluxe gets us two huge double beds. Suitable for couples with toddlers. If not for the breakfast issue everything else was ok. I would recommend getting room only then paying for breakfast when u get there.

This is our 2nd stay here, the environment is good, it's close to awana skyway and premium outlet. Breakfast was good, my children enjoyed their time, a little disappointed from the reception, I asked for our room to be cleaned but when we came back from our genting theme park in the evening,, the room was not cleaned.

We like the hotel. They have shuttle bus services. The food variety is huge. We had breakfast. We also had a steamboat in the hotel restaurant as well. It was worth it and delicious. An indian staff in the restaurant was helpful and provided suggestions. View was beautiful. Toilet had a bidget. Had hot water to shower. Stayed in the highest floor 29 club suites. Down side was that the carpark didn't had lift and there were construction works going on. Clean environment. We were given high tea 3pm to 5pm but we couldn't take that as we had other tours. The king bed was high and comfortable.

Beyond our expectations! Very polite n professional receptionist, good warmed pool with nice sliding for our kids too. We had roti prata etc - the ala carte breakfast near golf range. Nice! They also have hourly shuttle bus service to Awana cable car to go to Genting highland resort.

planned a trip here for my birthday. booked like months ahead. when we got there, they gave us the wrong room. we booked the suite, but we were given a different room catagory. we were upset. contacted the hotel, they said the room we booked is non existent anymore. they have renovated. and that trip.com didn't update their website. we had to pay additional 600 in our local currency for us to get the room that's equivalent to our booking. like it or not. he had to pay coz we didn't have any room and it was already 7pm. reported this case to trip.com customer service (booking reference no ***********), took some time for them to investigate the case, but they were nice enough to refund the additional amount we paid the hotel. tq trip.com for your outstanding professionalism. certainly made up for the mess that weekend. the hotel stay was alright. we had a decent time. tq again guys

Overall, good. Stay here for a working trip workshop. Just one thing, once we opened our room, there was a dead baby lizard on the floor next to the wardrobe, but it's ok. Like house also can't avoid it sometimes. The rest are acceptable, and I got room with GPO and peaks view. Such a nice view. And this is my 3rd experience here. Staff are very friendly.

The location and the service of the hotel is good. If you escape from the crowded place from genting highland , this is the best place but no restaurants surrounded

Beautiful room, got upgraded to executive suite from club suite Awesome service and ample amenities A few room for improvements are the room noise insulation can be better (can hear cars zooming up and down) which will disturb your sleep and breakfast can be better as some options are quite bland Lastly remember to close your windows during the night as bugs will infest your room if not closed which happened to us

This is the second room I booked for my relatives. It's near gpo but not walking distance. There is a shuttle every hour. If not, u can try grabbing. Location is pretty good with good air quality. Downside is when we first arrived at 3.15pm, was told the room was not ready. Waited until 4+ before they allow us to go in. Pretty disappointed with this late check in on the first day. Had to use cable car to and fro from gpo to the top. It will be good if hotel provides complimentary cable car tickets.

Want to request for earlier check-in, because my kids wanna a nap around 1pm. But rejected by hotel. The room is very dirty, a lots of dust and hair on the bed.

ROOM VERY BIG AND CLEAN . FOOD VERY NICE. GOOD FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Room is big with 2 queen size bed. The room has balcony so night time can have a coffee and chill out there.
