There is no reception, and the landlord doesn't speak any English. We were only able to get in touch with her because a friendly Chinese guy helped us. It was also unclear where to go, as the rooms are spread across two buildings and multiple floors. The room was worn-out and partly not properly cleaned. When we entered, the landlord tried to quickly step on a crawling cockroach, hoping we wouldn’t notice it. The room we had booked was not available, so we had to check several others before finding one that was somewhat acceptable. The building itself is extremely old and dirty. Only the bed was clean, so staying here might be tolerable for just one night. Overall, avoid this "hotel"! Worst experience on our trip through China.

The location is good and easy to communicate host. The bed is clean. The cleanliness of kitchen cabinet and bathroom require more attention

The hotel is located nearby a subway station. There are convenient store and restaurant nearbyOk . The room are clean and comfortable. The washing machine came in handy.

1.第二次入駐，春節不怎麼漲價，經濟實惠 2.60平米，面積夠大，適合一家人，居家佈置，略簡陋 3.幾乎沒啥服務，住了一週，沒人打掃清潔，紙巾牙膏不夠用了，要喊客服來添置 4.有一口簡易鍋，熱了一下牛奶，一股臭味，然後就燒了，還跳閘了，幸好很快有人來修 5.位置距離景區不近，比較安靜，地鐵8.10號線就在附近

離虹口兩站地 過去也就十分鐘左右 樓下有家庫迪 房間比快捷酒店大多了 打車叫外賣啥的也方便 樓雖然有點老舊了 但是電梯還蠻快的

就喜歡這種民宿，又安靜又乾淨，出入也方便，交通也便利，經常來上海就固定他家了

房間很寬敞明亮，設施齊全，有冰箱洗衣機微波爐，還有爐盤可以做菜！有投影，可以看電影，服務很好，有求必應！

位置方便度還行，房間面積還行，這次是個新裝修的房設備也還行，就是洗手間的淋浴房小了點水壓也小了點不太行
