The good news:- it is absolutely ideally located for everything in the old town. There is a roof terrace with plunge pool at the hotel that can be used which they don't tell you about! The free walking tour is worth doing especially on a first trip to Seville to help get your bearings. Now for the bad: Having booked a ground floor twin room 5 months in advance, we were given a double on the first floor. After complaining and insisting on seeing the manager he eventually got us an incredibly uncomfortable camp bed for our first night. They did give us the room we had booked for the remaining 2 nights - but with stained linen on one of the beds. The breakfast is not a buffet as stated - it is very much portion controlled on a tray. Only one coffee capsule per person allowed (more available at additional cost). It is very noisy with banging doors (2 heavy front doors and each individual suite) going most of the night as well as a noisy pedestrian street with no double glazing. The nearest taxis can get to the hotel/suites is less than a 5 min walk. Not all suites have a kettle -so if you need one, check it is there. Apart from stained linen the rest was clean enough but housekeeping and some of the receptionists (not Alejandro) need re-training.

Very good location. Close to the major sites. Difficult to find since it is in a set of alleyways. You cannot drive a car here, so if you have a vehicle, research parking first. The nearest underground lot at Jardine Murillo was full, so we found the San Bernardo Parking Lot, but it was a half-mile walk dragging luggage over cobblestones. This was not a deal-breaker; I mention it to be aware. The hotel was fine, the staff were rather cool and not too very friendly, but they were helpful enough. The room was fine and our room faced the alley with the outdoor restaurant, so we heard the noise until they closed, which was early enough. The rooftop terrace has a spectacular view of the cathedral and the Giralda tower, but the bar is not open. There is also no dinner at the hotel, but there are so many places nearby. The best thing is the location. It's pretty interesting staying in these medieval allies. The Real Alcazar palace is a must-see and you can spend all day there and still not see it all. The gardens are wonderful. The cathedral is huge and different from any that I have seen prior. And of course, you must walk up the 37 ramps of the Giralda tower. Take a stroll down to the river. Even the bull ring is nearby.

Ein besonderes Erlebnis: mehr als 20 zusammengelegte, historische Gebäude, verbunden durch romantische Innenhöfe, kleine Gassen und Tunnel. Man kann sich leicht verlaufen - und entdeckt dabei neue Augenweiden. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet - nostalgisch. Da ist nichts stylisch oder hipp, sondern opulent und plüschig, was man mögen muss. Aller mitarbeitenden begegneten uns mit außerordentlicher Höflichkeit. Da das Hotel mitten im Zentrum liegt, gibt es keine direkten Parkmöglichkeiten, das nächste Parkhaus liegt ca. 150 Meter entfernt. Das sollte aber kein Problem sein. Schon das antike Foyer ist ein Erlebnis mit seinem dunklen Holz, den Leuchtern und den überdimensionalen Gemälden aus vergangener Zeit. Dieses Hotel ist außergewöhnlich und keineswegs von der Stange. Ach ja: auf den Dächern der Gebäude gut es eine verwinkelte Sonnenterrasse mit einem ordentlichen Pool und einer kleinen Bar. Und im Keller des Hotels gibt es eine antike Therme mit heißen und kalten Bädern und Bänken, gleich einem Hammam. Beeindruckend.

Ca. 300m von der Plaza de Espana. Ca. 1km bis zur Kathedrale. Sehr gute Lage. Angenehmes, nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffett. Zimmer größer als in anderen Hotels inkl. Couch, Couchtisch und großem Flachbildschirm. Fenster sind mehrfach verglast und halten den Straßenlärm draußen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße und es hat nicht gestört.

Das Hotel America liegt zentral in der Stadt, unmittelbar gegenüber das ”El Corte Ingles”-Kaufhaus und ein großer Aldi. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten an den ”Setas de Sevilla / Metropol-Parasol”, bis zur historischen Altstadt geht man gemütlich 10-15 Minuten. Richtig schöne Junior-Suite mit bequemer Sitzecke, modern, hell und sehr wohnlich. Leselampen am Bett, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank - es fehlt hier nichts. Bequemes, großes Bett. Die Aircon läuft gut und im Wohnraum auch angenehm leise, im Bad dafür umso lauter. Modernes und geräumiges Bad mit großer walk-in-Dusche + Badewanne, gut beleuchtet, Ablagefläche, beweglicher Schminkspiegel - top! Internet mitunter sehr langsam. Frühstück Das Frühstück wird sehr nett präsentiert; die Auswahl ist nicht zu groß, aber es gibt für jeden Geschmack das passende. Besonders gut ist das knusprige Baguette - ein Novum in spanischen Hotels. Gutes Rührei, Käsevarianten, verschiedene Trinkmilch & Säfte. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet und direkt einladend. Leider wieder nur der gleiche 0815-Kaffeeautomat, den wir in 6 von 7 Unterkünften in Andalusien vorfanden. Was immer auch herauskommt schmeckt einfach nicht nach Kaffee sondern nach Varianten von chemischer Brühe.

Das kleine Hotel liegt am Rand der Altstadt, ist vom Bahnhof einfach zu erreichen (Bus 5 min, zu Fuss 15). Schon im Vorfeld habe ich eine nette Nachricht erhalten und wurde freundlich empfangen. Das Einzelzimmer hat alles was man braucht, sogar eine kleine Patio. Es gibt nette Innenhöfe und eine kleine Sonnenterrasse. Der Frühstücksraum ist ebenfalls dort und das Frühstück ist ok und ausreichend. Preis/Leistung passt. Es gibt einen Getränke/Snackautomaten, einen Supermarkt 5 Minuten, eine Bäckerei 2 entfernt. Alles ist fußläufig gut und rasch erreichbar.

This was a little new to us, after booking online we got some pass codes that allowed entry to the building then to key box for apartment. There are no staff although there is an intercom to call staff if required. The apartment was clean and well equipped,the views are nothing special but we wasn’t there for views. It was our touring base. The only noise we heard was people in next apartment moving tables /beds ,sound carried. I think overall the passcode system worked and could well be the future of economy apartments. We would use again when in the area.

Das Hotel ist sehr groß, ca. 2 km vom Zentrum entfernt, ich habe das gewählt, besonders weil ich aus dem touristischen Zentrum sein wollte. Mein Zimmer war ziemlich groß, sehr sauber, mit einer Terrasse und Blick auf die Stadt und die Gärten. Es gibt einen schönen Pool, aber begrenzte Öffnungszeiten und Rauchen ist erlaubt in allen Bereichen um den Pool, was bedeutet, dass, wenn Sie Rauchen hassen, es nichts zu sitzen und zu entspannen. Pool Handtücher erfordern eine 10 Euro Rückzahlung. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfreich, die Rezeption Mitarbeiter besonders so . Das Frühstücksangebot ist ausgezeichnet, aber das Zimmer ist groß und unglaublich laut nach etwa der ersten Hälfte einer Stunde oder so, das Abendessen wird im gleichen Zimmer serviert, ist aber etwas weniger laut. Alles sind Buffet-Mahlzeiten, das Essen ist frisch mit einer guten Wahl Aber die Hauptgerichte sind meist etwas überkocht und eher schwach, die Desserts sind ein wenig müde und es gibt eine Mindestdessertwahl für diejenigen mit Lebensmittelallergien und -intoleranzen. Der Koch ist sehr gut, um sicherzustellen, dass es etwas gibt, aber die Wahl kann sich sehr begrenzt fühlen, wenn Sie mehrere Tage bleiben. Es gibt ein separates bezahlendes Restaurant mit einer sehr begrenzten Wahl, wenn man Lebensmittelintoleranzen hat, das Essen ist ein wenig geschmackvoll, obwohl ich das Verständnis der Probleme weniger gut fand. Ich hatte wirklich den Mangel an Informationen im Zimmer nicht gefallen und ich merkte nicht, dass es einen QR-Code irgendwo im Zimmer versteckt, niemand sagte mir bei der Ankunft und wenn ich es verwendete es nicht funktionierte, nicht jeder Telefon hat die Fähigkeit, zu scannen. Es gibt einen Touristendesk und Reisen können dort reserviert werden, mehrere Reisen beginnen vom Hotel. Es gibt einen Bushalte ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel, das in der Nähe der Plaza España endet. Auf dem Gleichgewicht empfehle ich ein übergeordnetes Zimmer für den Blick und den Raum. Das Bett war wirklich komfortabel mit einer Auswahl von festen oder weichere Pillows.Air-Klimaanlage war ruhig und funktionierte gut. Detektionsmonitor (Rauch?) oben das Bett blinken rot die ganze Nacht, die wirklich irritierend war. Antonio im Restaurant ist ein hervorragender Stern zusammen mit dem Chef. Die Poolbar und das Payment Restaurant hatten jeweils ein Mitarbeiter, das sich als eine lange Reise von Super aus erschien. Es ist so schämlich, wie der letzte wirklich einen Tag für mich zerstört. Ich bin oft in Hotels, manchmal für lange Zeit, und bin ziemlich tolerant, so dauert es viel für mich, auf eine schlechte Erfahrung zu reagieren. Würde ich noch einmal dort bleiben, ja, aber würde nicht die Hälfte des Board tun.

We stayed at this hotel in the covid 19 pandemic so we were unable to use all of their facilities We were given a warm welcome when we arrived. Check in was quick and as they were unable to us their restaurant we were given a breakfast pack to put in the fridge in the room. Check out was quick and efficient. Due to the problems which were out of their control we had a pleasant night in a very comfortable room.

Spent 3 nights here in late March for a trip to Seville. Seville is a really lovely place to visit, great historic sites and lovely scenery. I chose this hotel due to the price and the reviews were very positive online. There was also a shuttle into town, which I found appealing. When we arrived we found out that the shuttle bus was not in use and so buses were our only option. Thankfully the bus 37 was our way straight into the centre and was very regular and only €1.40 each way. If this had not been the case, I wouldn't recommend the hotel as its too far to walk and who wants to spend money on a taxi everyday. At the hotel and in Seville in general, I was so surprised to find that English language is not widely spoken or understood. I found myself struggling to ask for basic things. I e never had this issue elsewhere in Spain or the canary Islands, so I recommend you learn some basics before arriving. The room was sufficient and had a window facing the pool area. It was closed but way too cold anyways to use. The smart TV allowed us to watch YouTube because the TV channels weren't great. You can also watch netflix if you don't mind using your own account. The breakfast was initially in the restaurant on the ground floor and I think that was a one off as it was quiet, but thankfully the main area is upstairs and its a basic buffet set up with fried egg, streaky bacon, ham and cheese etc. The coffee from the espresso machine was fab, don't use the one where you press the button use the one with the pods. It wasn't that busy when we went so not overly loud but you can definitely hear through the walls if people are around. There's a mini fridge with nothing in it, but great to keep drinks you buy elsewhere. Lidl and a supermarket are close by. We didn't eat in for dinner as it closes at 4pm and opens at 8pm. Way too late. Be aware of siestas, Sundays everything more or less closed. We tended to stay in town all day and eat before heading back. I did see some places to eat nearby so there are some options but they open at 7pm. One thing about the bus. When you are coming back to hotel, press the bell just as you are coming up to the roundabout. There is no bus stop but the bus will stop. We ended up walking a bit on the first day coz we couldn't see a bus stop. From the airport you can get a bus to town and then jump on the 37 to the hotel. Just make sure you cross the road to get the 37. Hope this helps anyone travelling to the hotel.
