Cute hotel is renovated old building. Quite central. Parking nearby but expensive. No gym. Helpful front desk. Breakfast is not a buffet style but individual service which was very slow and not good if you just want to eat and get on with your day

夜班酒店入住大堂員工十分有禮貌，友善、會細緻說明所有早餐、wifi 情況。廁所浴室玻璃沖涼時會滲水，第二日換了一間新房，行李上落樓梯有一部份房型要人手搬，不太方便。早班職員較為不主動協助

Diseño moderno dentro de un edificio histórico. Habitaciones confortables y amplias, aunque las que dan a la calle, son un poco ruidosas pero tienen buen aislamiento acústico. Hay un restaurante que se llama Lalola, uno de los más interesantes de Sevilla.

Wie waren mit dem Van unterwegs und hatten vorher das Hotel angerufen um zu fragen ob wir im eigenen Parkhaus parken können. Wir haben die Maße des Vans durchgegeben und uns wurde bestätigt, dass wir ohne Probleme dort parken können. Im Hotel angekommen konnten wir dort nicht parken, da der Parkplatz zu klein war. Man ist uns in keinster Weise entgegengekommen. Wir wollten uns ein anderes Hotel suchen da sagte man uns, dass sie uns 100Eur berechnen auch wenn wir nicht dort übernachten. Da unsere Kreditkarte hinterlegt war blieb uns nichts anderes übrig als dort zu übernachten. Man hat uns keine Entschädigung angeboten, das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und hat auch nicht mit sich reden lassen, obwohl der Fehler beim Hotel lag. Wir mussten den Van in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus für 55eur (2Nächte) abstellen und mit dem Taxi zurück ins Hotel fahren. Des Weiteren hat es im Badezimmer sehr nach Abfluss gerochen und das Zimmer war feucht. Wir empfehlen das Hotel nicht.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Surterrain, was schön an die Sitzgelegenheiten im Innenhof angeschlossen war. Leider war es uns als leise angepriesen (auf unseren ausdrücklichen Wunsch), es ging jedoch zur Straße raus. Als wir die stinkende Klimaanlage reklamieren mussten, bekamen wir anstandslos ein neues Zimmer, das nun nicht mehr zur Straße raus ging, also ruhiger war... Das Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar! Ins Restaurant kommt man als Tagesgast kaum rein. Hier scheint man lange im Vorhinein buchen zu müssen. Leider wenig persönliche Note.

Sehr schönes Hotel, toll renoviertes und gestaltetes Hotel im Stil eines Stadtpalastes. Die Lage am Rand (aber schon innerhalb) der Altstadt ist ideal, um Sevilla zu Fuss zu erkunden. Stilvolle, grosszügige Lounge im zentralen Lichthof. Dort gibt es auch ein Michelin-bewertetes Restaurant (haben wir nicht besucht), in dem ein leckeres Frühstück serviert wird. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sehr chic mit "andalusischem Touch" eingerichtet. Hochwertiges Interieur mit Einbauschränken, einem sehr guten Bett, Fernseher, Kaffeemaschine und diversen weiteren Annehmlichkeiten. Modernes, geräumiges Badezimmer mit stufenlos begehbarer Dusche. Da unser Zimmer auf die kleine Strasse zeigte, war es nachts etwas laut (angrenzende Bars und Hostels). Der Pool auf dem Dach ist spektakulär und zwar klein, aber zum Abkühlen zwischendurch genügend. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Einziges Manko: Anreise mit Auto sehr mühsam - es gibt zwar eine hoteleigene Parkgarage, die aber nur über einen engen Aufzug zu erreichen ist, der in unserem Fall dann nicht funktioniert hat. Es wäre ehrlicher vom Hotel, einfach keine Parkplätze anzubieten. :)

5 Nächte haben wir hier verbracht. Angereist sind wir mit dem Zug und zu Fuss. Sevilla ist eine grosse Stadt und wir waren in zu Fuss unterwegs, die Lage des Hotel war zentral. Wir hatten ein Hotelzimmer ohne Balkon zur Strasse, es war leise. Das Zimmer war sauber und gross. Auf dem Dach gibt es einen grossen Pool. Schade dass sich während Corona niemand an die Regeln des Hotels hält und nur zu den gebuchten Zeiten dem Pool besucht. Frühstück hatten wir nicht dazu gebucht.

Style over substance! The location is north of the old quarter so generally about 10-15 minutes walk to the town and sites. The rooms have no chest of drawers so we were unable to unpack our bags. There were no in-room coffee facilities. The bathroom had no hooks to hang towels. When trying to use the in-room safe, we had to ask reception to unlock the safe before we could use it. Access to the parking is via a small lift from the street behind the hotel. We had a very small car and were only just able to make it! On the positive side, the staff were friendly.

The hotel itself is in a very good location, however room we had was very small, and bed double, had a terrace but wasn't the nicest, cushions stained, no tea or coffee facilities and also breakfast was a bit of a mess about, one particular young man, didn't seem to understand anything and came across quite rude.

Stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room had a fantastic terrace that had sun for most of the day. The seat pads were wet from the rain earlier in the week, and there was no pad for the one sun lounger. The room (302) itself was disappointing as it was so small. Nowhere practical to store suitcases (eventually behind the bathroom door), no practical drawer space, and other than a desk chair, there was no seating,other than sitting on the bed. Breakfast was good, and was the help from the staff on reception. Would stay again, but not in room 302.

The service has welcomed us really well and overall this hotel is really recommended. It's clean and in a perfect location, just next to the city center; a good starting point for visiting Seville by day and night.

This hotel is a gem to say the least. From the moment we checked in and out the staff couldn’t be nicer, they were so helpful. Hotel is stunning, our room was so beautiful, we had an amazing sleep during our 4 nights, really fluffy pillows, we had a lovely view overlooking the beautiful streets and orange trees. The breakfast was beautiful. The location is super, really safe, we were walking distance of everything and the lovely receptionist gave us good tips if tapas bars. Will definitely be returning!

We really enjoyed our few days here. The room was nicely ecorated, and very comfortable, and had a great shower in the bathroom. We liked being a little bit away from the historic centre, but there were many bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Only negative comment is that the rooms at the front are not double-glazed so street noise can disturb your sleep but overall, we loved our time there.
