Hotel Zaida

Located not far from the city center, room was definitely ok (good bed, good shower, including a airconditioning) staff very friendly and accurately, ratio price/quality is perfect! If you come by care you get a discount on the price of the parking! We will be back!

Great location! A couple of minutes walk to Fine Arts Museum. 15 minutes to all the big sites. Quiet street. A very cute lobby. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room is clean comfortable if not a bit spartan in decoration. The modernity of the room is a bit of a pleasant surprise give the old look in public spaces. If you are bringing a car do not drive here unless you must drop off bags. Easier to park at the Saba Estación Plaza De Armas. Park bring your parking ticket to the hotel. Pay at the hotel front desk for a big savings. In fact it cost us only €20 for a day and a half!

This is a fairly budget hotel, in a really great location in the centre of Seville. We parked in the car park suggested by the hotel, and it was a short 5 - 10 minute walk to the hotel with our bags. The receptionist was welcoming and spoke good English. The room was basic, but clean. Twin beds, comfortable, standard en suite bathroom. We knew we had a room with a window to 'an internal courtyard', but that's a bit of a stretch! It was a VERY small 'courtyard', probably just a couple of metres square, and you couldn't see the sky. However that wasn't a problem as we knew what we'd paid for! There was air conditioning in the room and a small fridge with a free 2l bottle of water. We had an excellent breakfast at a nearby cafe in the morning. We paid for parking before we left and saved about 6 euros on the 24 hour ticket. All in all a great place to stay to explore Seville.

Price ratio is excellent. Rooms are clean, correct size, and in correct conditions, beds are ok, service is good for this category of hotel. I would come back if I come back to Seville. Location is also fine to visit the town. They also have a storage place for bagages before check-in and after check-out.

I have stayed in many different hotels in Spain but this one was by far the worst. The rooms were horrendous and looked nothing like the pictures online, I will attach a picture below of the room my Aunty was given (keep in mind the picture was taken at 1pm) and the room is basically in darkness. The noise on the ground floor rooms at night time is something that needs to be sorted. When we informed the staff that our room was too noisy and had a weird smell from the bathroom, we were told that we couldn't move room because of their policy and that we could not have a refund either. The staff were extremely rude and did nothing to help our problem. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and would seriously advice that they sort themselves out.

The lobby is gorgeous, but the rooms are utilitarian at best. Beds were comfortable for back sleeping but not side sleeping. Pillows made it even harder to get comfortable. Walls thin, very noisy neighbors at three in morning. No breakfast, or even fresh coffee. They provided a free mini bar that consisted of one coke, one lime soda, a subpar beer and two bottles of water. It was not restocked daily. Nescafé coffee provided and it was very bad in a landmark where coffee is so important in daily life. A muffin was provided of undetermined age so we passed on that. One thing of peanuts provided for the three days and that was breakfast one morning. Location is fantastic though. We will stay in same area again. Staff was a bit standoffish.

I was ready to write such a good review as when I checked in I was very impress by the kindness and professionalism of the reception desk, I book 3 nights, on the 2nd night I came back to the hotel @ 11pm ,totally exhausted after a day 10 hours work and the receptionist tell me that: I need to change rooms becuse they decide to fix my shower (which was 100% ok in the morning when I left ) and make pack all my stuff to move me to a room with no window and with a TV thats not working, The disrespect was to pretend that they helping to give my room to somebody I hear complaining she wanted a room with window, simply DISGRACEFULL shame, the location is great and everything else was impressive, it would have value....but I guess its not

We are a couple and stay for 1 night in this hotel. You do not need to show negative test of Covid19 or the digital certificate of Covid19 to stay in the hotel. Wearing a mask inside the property is a must. Maintain the distance with others. There are hand sanitizer to clean your hands. 1. Location and Parking The hotel is easy to reach by google maps. It is a bit difficult to find a free parking nearby. We found a spot 200 meters from the property, it paid from 09:00 - 14:00 and free for afternoon (in July and August). It is near to the city center by walking. You just need to have offline maps. Locals are so helpful if we get confused. 2. Room and Hotel Our room is tidy, clean, and spacious for two. The AC is working well, as well as the TV and small fridge. We can open our window to get fresh air. You can boil water with the kettle to do cup noodle. Just need to pour the hot water to your noodle. The toilet is clean, free towels, hot water working well. Free wifi is offered inside the property. The receptionist speaks good English, nice, and friendly. The price is good because it is near the city center. Thank you, Zaida hotel.

Hôtel très bien situé ! À quelques mètres des rues commerçantes et à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique! Excellent rapport qualité/prix ! Nous avions une chambre au premier étage, très spacieuse ! La literie est également très bonne et les chambres sont super propres ! Rien à redire !
