Renovations had just been completed and the place looked really nice, food was great. Had a wonderful breakfast. The staff were very friendly the best Holiday Inn express I think I’ve stayed at yet and we stay at quite a few. we take this route regularly so we will be staying there every trip

Newly renovated and room very clean! Nice area and easy parking. Great access from highway. Wide breakfast selection. Friendly staff. Possible improvements: - less fragrant shower soap - heavier window coverings to muffle road noise - bathroom fan

Great stay! Clean room, easy check in, helpful staff. Water and cookies every day! Wonderful place to eat and watch tv in lobby. We accidentally got locked out and that staff was wonderful. Also needed some makeup wipes and the cleaning staff hooked us up. This location has many places to eat and do. Buccees is right there for that experience also. Only about 20 minutes from U Tennessee at Knoxville.

Great location and good parking close to the hotel. The hotel is so clean. The staff is friendly. The rooms are quiet and quite large. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast has a variety of food. They offer you warm cookies at night. Check in and check out was simple.

Wonderful stay. Super clean and very nice staff. Breakfast was really good. The room is beautiful. The place is so very clean which is most important to me. The manager was so very nice and recommended where I should eat that evening. So close to pigeon Forge, and nearby attractions.

Hotel was very nice, clean and up to date. Staff was kind and attentive. We will definitely stay there again in the future. Location was close to Bass Pro Shop and several restaurants. Parking lot does fill up quickly you can park on the road close to the hotel. FYI do not park across the street in the Bass Pro Shop parking lot you will get towed.

Great location, atmosphere, surroundings, design and staff. Rooms are super clean and have the newer IHG layouts including walk in showers. Normal IHG breakfast but staff made it better. It definitely has the Tennessee mountain feel. Wish all were like this one!

The women who make the breakfast are a true assett to your hotel. They make everyone feel so welcomed and go above and beyond for the hotel guests. My only semi complaint was the rooms were not cleaned very well during the week. We stayed 7 days and I don't thinkna vacuum even came in the rooms. We had to ask to have sheets changed and such.

Holiday Inn express is great but they overcharge me this time 181 bucks that’s ridiculous. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn express 1 million times never paid that kind of money unless I was Inn Manhattan. When I was in Manhattan, it was $195 a night now they charge me in Tennessee $181. That’s insane. They need to lower the price next time I stay at a Holiday Inn express and give me some more points I hope I have 200 letters by now.

The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the quality of sleep I enjoyed was unparalleled. The view from my room was very nice,, adding an extra layer of serenity to my stay.

Overall the hotel was good the beds were comfortable breakfast was good but my daughter did get bit by a spider in her sleep while we were there which ended up in an ER visit I did let the staff know and they were very apologetic but I let them know that someone should check the beds so that this doesn’t happen again

The workers I interact with each and every week in regards to our rooms and upcoming reservations are some of the nicest and friendliest I have dealt with in recent memory and I have stayed at many different hotels in the past ten years! They always answer any questions or concerns I may have in the quickest and most polite manner!
