Hotel is good for family, single trip or business trip. Staff are very kind and ready to help. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. Thank GRO Nia for her great work.

The room is very big and advanced. Angelina is very helpful and friendly. Her smile is very sweet. I will book this hotel again for sure

An amazing hotel with exceptional service.Staffs were knowledgeable and helpful specially thanks Mr Ali .The hotel is perfect for travelling near to Shenzhen airport . The gymnasium was well equipped and clean.

Everything was great. Easy check-in. Clean room. Everything in the room worked. The restaurant on the 8th floor is good, but way overpriced.

Extend for two days because dont know where to stay. Overall is okay for price like this.

This place is amazing! Beautiful room and very helpful staff! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. The only issue is the breakfast is not as western as I would have liked but this is not an issue as it was close to the airport as opposed to downtown.

I was very tired when I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. due to a delayed flight, but the moment I opened the hotel room, all the tiredness disappeared. Especially the condition of the bed, bathroom, and breakfast in the morning, everything was perfect.. In addition, the service of the manager Ali was also very friendly and the service until check-out was also very good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Shenzhen or Bao'an area.. thanks Ali again

The room we stayed in was big and spacious. The bed were comfy and huge. Except breakfast was not great just ok. There wasn’t cold milk for cereals, coffee machine doesn’t taste good more like drinking milk powder than coffee. Beside, we were also asked to pay for extra mineral water during our stay. And there was no kids toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. Others than that all were good including the services, receptionist were nice to upgrade us to higher floor. It was quiet and nice. Concierge (AliBaBa) were very nice and friendly; checked for our feedback during our stay when we checked out. When we returned to collect our luggage, he was very generous to served us with mineral waters ( 4). And helped us with our luggage. He really did top up our stay with the hotel. Thanks
