Hotels mit Transferservice in Serra de Tramuntana

We have just returned from a self catering holiday at this Hotel and found the facilities badly lacking. First of all the location is not what we expected. Supposed to have a sea view but that was restricted due to large trees right in front of most of the balcony. The shoreline contained a lot of litter. Self catering was difficult not even a teapot or sufficient cooking equipment. No oven so that obviously curtailed certain dishes. Be aware that whilst there are plenty of supermarkets they do not stock basics such as cereals or eggs. There is an Aldi some considerable distance away that we were able to use. Our TV didn’t work and a visit from an engineer sorted it until we switched it off and then it wouldn’t work again. We reported it only to be told we would have to change rooms. I eventually managed to get it working as it was tuned in to England rather than Spain. The location of the hotel is up a steep hill so anyone with walking problems would find it difficult to negotiate Especially if carrying groceries. We didn’t use any of the hotels facilities preferring to eat in the apartment despite the inadequate facilities. After all we had booked a self catering holiday !The beach is lovely quite busy with safe bathing. Good bus services to other areas. Use your debit card for a considerable discount. Would we stay there again probably not. Obviously whoever is in charge hadn’t thought it through. This was not a cheap holiday , the flight and room was in excess of £2500. We expected something better having been in Portugal earlier in the year for almost half the price. Sour grapes hardly. Just a warning to would be travellers.

Excellent in every way. We live in Palma de Mallorca, so this was a quick weekend getaway for us. From the friendly welcome, to the beautiful room, everything was lovely. The design of the hotel, rooms, common areas, pool , etc. is very well done. The rooms are not huge but have great views of the mountains (208) and the pool area. Lots of quality design touches. Very comfortable bed. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Parking was most welcome in busy Soller, and not incredibly tight like many in Mallorca. Breakfast was also excellent with a big choice of everything, although the one coffee machine was working overtime! A real machine cappucino would have been the chery on the cake! Our shower cubicle did leak a bit, but nothing a bit of silicone wouldn't fix. The position is fantastic, right in the heart of Soller, and the tram even goes by the gardens. We would love to return!

Pauschalreise nach Malle im Oktober zum günstigen Preis? Hatte ich 2015 mit nem guten Freund gebucht: Preis - Leistung voll OK! (You get what you pay...). Das Essen war zwar typisch britisch (= disgusting), Bier-Bestellungen wurden zeitnah erledigt. Das Personal und die Reinigungskräfte waren stets sehr nett. Das tollste: Wir hatten in der Küche eine Revisions-Klappe!!! OK, nach 5 Tagen hatten uns Ameisen überfallen, aber das war uns auch egal...

Pros-nice sized rooms, breakfast choice is amazing, great location, near lots of restaurants and bars.But not too close to *****.the beach is a 2min walk. The hotel decor and vibe is nice. Rooms cleaned well.wifi is good. Cons- Air con in room is awful, would have melted in summer, some staff are bit rude, bar staff at the pool charge you a small fortune for a premixed cocktail and you feel as though your bothering them by even asking for a drink. The staff on reception can be a bit ****y, again they look outraged if you ask them anything. I asked the lad for a towel and he loudly eye rolled at me. Lots of beds by pool are pointlessly reserved and not used all day. But wasnt too bad for spare beds in October.we are in our 30s and the music by pool seemed far too loud, maybe we are getting old. The manager in restaurant pushed in front at me at coffee machine, which i found very rude. Be nice to have kettle in room for a brew instead of random microwave

Wir hatten das Glück, dieses wunderbare Hotel zu besuchen, nachdem es 2023 renoviert wurde und es strahlt nun im völlig neuen Glanz. Was dieses Hotel wirklich einzigartig macht, ist seine Position als erstes Beach Club Hotel auf Mallorca. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach perfekt und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick. Der Beachclub ist ein wahrer Traum und lädt zum Verweilen ein, wobei der direkte Zugang zum Meer definitiv ein Highlight ist. Das Personal im Universal Hotel Aquamarin verdient besonderen Lob. Sie sind unglaublich zuvorkommend und haben uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Unser Aufenthalt war geprägt von Freundlichkeit und erstklassigem Service. tolle lage schöne aussicht jedoch ist der meerzugang nur über 2 rostige treppen möglich die direkt ins wasser führen die jakuzzi suiten sind etwas alt aber dafür hat man kein täglicher stress mit den liegen denn diese werden früh geblockt dies ist schade klimatisierte räume und ruhige schlafzimmer das morgenbuffet ist toll und lässt keine wünsche offen es gibt gestaffelte essenszeiten man wöhle eher 0830 sonst kann es wartezeiten geben taxi zum flughafen ca 45 euro

Ich sah viele schlechte Kommentare am Start, so dass ich mit einer gemütlichen Stimmung in diesem Hotel verbleibe; ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass das schlechte in den Kommentaren völlig falsch ist! Als ein hochwertiger Touristen, der zahlreiche Sternhotels lebte, fühlte sich das sehr gut für mich. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Ich kann zum Strand gehen. Der Personalservice ist ausgezeichnet. Es gibt keine räumliche Diskriminierung. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen sind reichhaltig. Der Pool ist zwar klein, aber die Atmosphäre ist gut. Besonders am Morgen ist die Musik sehr scharf. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Zimmer nicht gut gestaltet ist, wenn es gespült ist. Nachdem das Bad gespült ist, wird das Wasser des Badezimmers aus der Tür gespült. Jedes Mal muss es sehr vorsichtig sein! Insgesamt ist es immer noch zufrieden, eine angenehme Reise!

We enjoyed our 5 nights at this small friendly hotel. All the staff are exemplary & go above and beyond to make everything as enjoyable as possible. There is a warm greeting at breakfast and we found it excellent value for money. Drunks & poolside lunches from the pool bar are lovely and very reasonable. Yes there is a little noise from the road by the pool but we really didn't notice it as the pool area is lovely with a relaxing vibe. The loungers by the pool are super comfy. The rooms are not huge but very nicely appointed - you have everything you need & location is excellent for the harbour. A couple of pointers would be that we didn't enjoy being next to smokers by the pool or getting a face full from those vaping next to you - there aren't so many poolside beds - so options there were limited. Would be nicer if there was a designated smoking area. Lastly not one English TV channel - whilst we don't travel to watch TV whilst away we would have like to have viewed some of the Olympics whilst away with English commentary. We found it surprising as theres a high percentage of UK at this hotel. Thank you to everyone - we will be rebooking for next year as it was so chilled & enjoyable. .

Came for a 3 night break. Nice clean hotel, close to all amenities. We are slightly out of season, but plenty of sunbeds round the pool, what ever time of day you get there. Breakfast good with loads of choice, we had 1 evening meals in the hotel, which again was nice. The corridors can be a bit noises during the night when people are heading to bed and talking, giggling loudly, but this didn’t disturb me too much, if I’d have wanted a quiet hotel I wouldn’t have booked to stay close the ***** in Magaluf. My only gripe is I was charged €27 for 3 drinks on day 1. I didn’t realise this error until day 3, and by that time it was too late to prove I’d only bought 3 drinks so I let it go, drinks are €5 each.
