Yep, it's typical Four Seasons luxury. After an initial issue with our reservation, I can tell you this is a wonderful resort with a top shelf staff. We started our trip with a private flight to Manyara airstrip, where our guide, Jafari met us for our safari to the Ngorongoro Crater. Between there and the resort we saw thousands of animals. Once we arrive at the Four Seasons we were greeted by staff and escorted to our upgraded two bedroom suite, complete with private pool, by our butler, Deo. Deo did everything for us to make our trip more enjoyable. He even picked us up at our room at 4:30 AM for our hot air balloon safari experience. This was followed buy a full American Champagne breakfast. The restaurants were excellent along with the service. The spa was beautiful and I took in a very nice massage. The highlight of our stay was a private dinner in the wild, under the stars, with a nice bonfire, wonderful food prepared by a chef on site, perfect cocktails, and great wine. Can't say enough about Deo - a top shelf asset of the resort.

Four Seasons Safari Lodge was our children's favorite stop on safari, and one that will stay as an unbelievably special place that we will return to! We were coming from an amazing tented camp experience at Asilia’s Dunia location. I was not sure how anything could make me as happy as Dunia, but was so impressed with the lodge for my family of 4. We worked with Achmed at Basecamp Tanzania out of Arusha to arrange our safari and he did an amazing job!! Our guide Yuda was wonderful and made sure this safari was a trip we will never forget. I wanted to see the Maasai village while in Serengeti and Yuda planned it so well to visit there just before our arrival at Four Seasons. The drive in to Four Seasons was gorgeous and the Maasai greeting was so special! Staff was incredibly warm and welcoming and really seemed committed to making sure we had the absolute best experience! Our room was beautiful with a waterhole view and plunge pool. Elephants greeted us at the main infinity pool and the plunge pool in the room and it was the most incredible experience to watch them so close up! Room amenities were fabulous as well as the laundry service. The kids were so excited to check out the kids club and fell in love!! We wish we would have had more time at the Lodge as we would have taken more advantage of the club for kids to have a little more down time while we did some additional game drives. We did get to have them enjoy their time while we visited the spa. This was not a standard kids club experience, but truly top notch with many traditional things for kids to take advantage of. Our children were 7 and 9 and they did bracelet making and worked with the lodges artist to create beautiful paintings. (So so grateful for the staff in the club for showing our children an unforgettable time). Our first night we had dinner at Boma Grill. The food was wonderful and the evening show was so fun to watch as we ate. We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and decided to have a vow renewal on property. Vivek and Haika were amazing with meeting with us upon arrival for coordination of the ceremony, and for being so thorough with every detail. The vow renewal experience felt like a true fairytale. Our photographer from the lodge was Chimz and he did an incredible job! Chimz met us in the room for photos and then captured every special moment. He did photos before, during and after the ceremony. I would highly suggest Chimz for any photography needs while on property as you can hire for game drives or whatever needs you have. I received all of my photos within 48 hours and he had great communication! We were so impressed with the way Vivek and Haika had everything set up on site at the ceremony. An absolutely gorgeous area in the bush had been chosen and guards stood watch during the whole event. Maasai warriors greeted us upon arrival and added many traditional local customs to the ceremony. The pastor was incredible and did such a heartfelt ceremony. Afte

We stayed at the Four Seasons Serengeti in one of their villas. The rooms were excellent with views of the Serengeti and watering hole. Each Villa has a full and also a half bath which was very helpful. The staff was universally excellent with special thanks to Fadhili who was kind and helpful and Comfort who was our guide and found all the animals we could ever hope to see and more.
